Although there are several laundromats to choose from in Modesto, I really like this one in particular. First and foremost it is family owned. Second, it’s always clean. There is always somebody there it’s never unattended. If you have a problem with a washer or dryer they’re always more than happy to help you. I’m actually sorry to be moving out of the area because this is one of the few places that I will miss going to. Because this place is family owned, I always feel safe. I know that nobody’s going to let drug dealers or gang bangers hang outside the door; and I never feel threatened there. I really hope the best for this place and the family that owns it.

This place is great I was in and out of there in 2 hours with all my laundry washed, dried and folded. They got new dryers that work great and the staff are super helpful and friendly I’ll definitely be returning.

On February 20, 2015 I brought in 177 pounds of laundry to be washed at Fluff & Fold. My entire wardrobe was damaged by odor during shipment with a moving company. I paid $ 177.00 cash at the time of dropping off my laundry. When I brought my laundry home that evening I began unpacking it and putting it away. I came across some of my personal items that clearly had not been washed. These items have never been worn and still have the original cardboard price tags from the stores of purchase. Had they been washed, the tags would have been damaged. Many of my clothes still have an odor. This laundromat did not wash all of my belongings. I called and the owner Maria insisted she washed everything. This is NOT true!!! Not possible. She said she would wash everything over. I am not trusting her with my belongings.

My washer took a crap on me so I ended up at Fluff and Fold until the part comes in. What can I say besides Fluff & Fold is your average dingy laundry mat. Dirty chairs, depressing atmosphere… I couldn’t wait to get out of there.
They have 3 sizes of washers ranging from regular to extra large for 3.75. Unfortunately every other dryer was out of order and I am not exaggerating. Every-​other-​one which made it a pain when I was trying to watch my laundry.
The reason I give this place 2 stars is because the lady that worked in there was helpful and polite.

Nice small place with nice top and front loading washing machines but not nearly enough dryers for the capacity of the washers. It’s nice that it’s attended and has a bathroom.
