Recently I received a quote for a vanity top and 2 sinks from Jan. The quote was for $ 2800. A month later the day prior to them coming out to measure she emailed me a final quote of $ 5800. I immediately called her saying this is way off from the original quote and was out of my budget. The response I received from Jan was «if it’s out of your budget then it’s out of your budget». I believe she was very rude and unprofessional. Flying Turtle had no consideration for my time nor did they honor their quote or even attempt to make it right.

We shopped around a bit for a vendor to construct a concrete counter top for our kitchen remodel. One of my other vendors mentioned Mat at Flying Turtle. I’m in San Jose, and they operate out of Modesto, so we did a lot of work by email and phone. The office manager Jan was conscientious and helpful. The delivered the piece to our house, and everything worked out great.
We couldn’t be happier — the finished product is fantastic, and is a great compliment to our new kitchen.
