IHOP

I try to call their number on google so many times during business hours to order for a pick up and no one ever answers so I have to constantly drive to Modesto.

I went to this ihop yesterday and never again will eat here. The biscuits and gravy are just gross, the bacon was raw and my over medium eggs were cooked hard, and i don’t even know what to say about the crappy frozen hash browns, actually I’m pretty damn sure their biscuits are frozen or out of a box. They are not freshly made.
When the waiter came over and asked how everything is, I told him it is pretty gross and to take my plate, he did then he took it off my bill and I left never to return again.

Both times I’ve been to this IHOP with my mother, we’ve never had any problems, even today when they were very busy close to lunchtime. We got seated as soon as it was possible, and our server was nice, and adequately attentive. Even though she forgot my sausage link, she quickly rectified her mistake.
Considering it’s quite close to our home, we don’t come often, but it’s great for a quick meal so we don’t have to worry about cooking when we get home. Food is quite good for this level of chain restaurants. All in all pretty good for the price point. Will definitely come again when needed!

My kids think this place is the best. But I continue to get terrible service from this location. I don’t mean terrible service when I’m in there sitting waiting for food. I don’t mind sitting waiting for my food when I’m talking with friends. But they continue to have problems just getting us seated. 15 minutes before closing time and they say no we can’t see you. An hour and a half before closing and they say we’re down to one waitress and you’re going to have to wait in the lobby for 20 minutes for a table when half the restaurant is empty. I really love their food as does my family, which is why it’s not a 1 star, but I’m thinking that I may avoid this IHOP location for very long time.

Great service everytime went in this Past Saturday night and had a very nice waiter… Food is not five star, but its a convenient place for a quick bite

Unfortunately my family and I will not be returning to this IHOP. Literally the past few visits, there is ALWAYS something wrong with our order. You order scrambled eggs, and get over easy. They say they’ll bring you your side order of toast and never bring it.
Upon my last visit, the orders did not look like they did in the menu. It shows sliced turkey, but when you get the order it’s nasty clumps of meat. When you address it with staff or the manager, they say it’s how it comes in… Amongst the many food problems, they seem to always be understaffed. They corral you on one side to avoid having to clean up two sides. And usually one waitress trying to help everyone.
We have been visiting this IHOP since it opened. And each visit has progressively gotten worse in food and in service. Very disappointing.

Not one bad thing to say about my experience today at this location. We were seated promptly, served drinks in just a minute, orders taken perfectly (we were a party of 5), food came quickly, food was delicious, servers attended to our requests perfectly during our meal, servers were very polite and patient with our non-​English speaking friends, we all left happy and full.

I’ve been to this restaurant 3 times with family. It isn’t in a great area, although it is better than across the street. The shopping center it is in has started to go down hill since Raleys and now Staples has moved out.
We went here for dinner as it is relatively close to my relative’s place and there isn’t much to chose from in the Ceres area in the line of food. Plus, my relatives wanted breakfast food. The restaurant was clean and the wait staff was courteous. Food arrived in an acceptable amount of time and the price point of the food seemed to match the quality of food. Restaurant was very empty though.
The menu is more focused on breakfast, but it did have a couple of choices for lunch and dinner. The others in my party ordered breakfast related items, but I ordered the steak tips. We were all satisfied with what we had ordered.

I went there about two weeks ago for dinner with my boyfriend and his little sister. It was dead in there, there were literally three tables in there. We sat up front waiting to be seated. Three workers walked by us and didn’t even acknowledge us. No «I’ll be right there», no «someone will be right with you», no «go ahead and seat yourself». Nothing. I understand if you’re busy and can’t help right away. But waiting ten minutes to even be helped at all when you’re slow is not acceptable. Needless to say, we left and won’t be back any time soon. They need better customer service.

They get 3 stars for the food and 1 star for service making it 2 total. I was at this location in Ceres a couple of days ago and took my sister and her husband out, the food was great until my brother inlaw said he saw a spider crawling on his toast when they brought it. And it make things worst as we left the restaurant already paid the waitress and left a decent tip of 5dollars the girls in the front accused us of not paying? Who would ever do that!
Never again will I attend at that ihops location!

Very good service in this small-​town location, and the food was as expected for this chain. We stopped for breakfast on our way to Yosemite.
