Image Imprint

My initial experience was good. They delivered a large amount of uniforms quickly for the little league organization I am part of. However, when I brought to their attention that a sponsor had been misspelled it took 4 weeks for them to reprint 14 shirts. The turnaround time was a concern, but not as concerning as the number of times I had to reach out for a status update. Each time I was told they would be ready «next week» only to be told it would take another week. I would have preferred to receive a realistic timeline that didn’t perpetually move out. Below are the grades I would give to each of Image Imprint’s focuses:

I love this place! My go to place for screen printing! Great customer service! Everyone is so nice and willing to help! High quality screen printing and embroidery!

Just so we don’t go into a lengthy explanation this business does not care what you think of there work or care if they destroy your jacket that you brought in for embroidery… nobody communicates in this store, if you just have one piece they could really care less about your business. Problem is some of us have a lot of business and want to see how you do on one piece. I have since spoke with a few other businesses around the area and they all seem to have moved away from this place. Buyer beware…

Wow! What a great experience! I have now used Image Imprint several times and could not reccommend them more! As a promoter and a festival producer I have needed t shirts made in several quantities and styles. This company really delivers speed, quality AND customer service. If you are a design novice-​NO problem! Their staff (Elizabeth!) is expert and so friendly explaining everything. They can help you every step of the way. Its great to put in an order, know it will be handled, that you don’t need to worry and to have such great staff on your team. Thanks Image Imprint!

I’m from Sacramento, so the fact that I would make the trek to Modesto for silkscreening should, in itself, be a testament to the value and workmanship I’ve received from Image Imprint. I needed an insignia screened onto the front of my daughter’s soccer team’s jerseys, and I needed them fast, for a tournament we were playing in that weekend.
Elizabeth assured me that the job would be done on time, but I’m used to the often hollow promises I’ve experienced from these Sacramento silkscreeners. But, I’ll tell you what: the phone rang, not the day the job was due, or the day BEFORE the job was due, but TWO days out. I can’t say they do that for everyone, but I really stressed how helpful it would be to me to get the jerseys back right away, and, I don’t know, maybe they put a special rush on the job or something.
Whatever the case, I’m ecstatic with the turnaround, and even more impressed with the workmanship. We have somewhat of a tricky design, and it came out perfect, on every, single, jersey.
Suffice it to say that I’ll be back again, and again, whenever I have a need for any of the many services this company offers.
