In-N-Out Burger

Always great customer service! The food is always at it’s best. For something that has been around for such a long time sure has kept up with it all! I have never came here and it be bad. Good choice at all times!!!

Nope I don’t eat meat but every once and a while I find myself craving In & Out’s animal style grilled cheese with a side of fries. This location is easy to access with tons of free parking and a drive thru as well. A small drink, fries, and cheese «burger» cost less than $ 6!

Quality you can taste! Nothing but the best! Always fresh and friendly! French fries are great lightly cooked.

It’s In n Out burger so you know what to expect — great burgers! I went during spring break so the line was ridiculous but I was hungry and craving a tasty burger. They never disappoint. Friendly staff and fresh food what else can a person ask for?

Oh In-​N-​Out, even though I paid ten dollars for my meal it was SO DAMN WORTH IT! I love how fresh and tasty everything is. The service was great, such kind employees. I wish I could bring one to NY state.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. We were waiting for a while and we heard them call OUR number and someone else got our food! We had a family of 7 (#80) and the other customer had a family of 4. (#83) she should have known that was NOT her order. We went to the counter and the lady (Natalie?) was super rude. And said «we will try as fast as we can» they were being polite to the people who took our order and even boxed it up for them to take home the extra food they got! We had to wait another 15 mins while we see that family finish their meal and walk out with the extra food they received. Before we even got ours. Very unhelpful and we didn’t even get a «sorry» not our fault someone else took food that wasn’t theirs. Never dealt with service this bad, corporate will definitely hear about this.

I am giving this place a poor rating, not for the quality of food but for how I was treated as a frequent customer. I would order at the drive through an average a few times per week. Then about a week ago, my clutch went out while in the drive through. I ended up having to push it the rest of the way as I completed my order. Staff was accommodating in sending someone out to help me get through, which I did appreciate. So after eating my dinner in the car, I had to just leave it in one of the parking spaces in the back of the lot and walk home. 3 days passed before I was able to go back and remove my car from the lot. And when I arrived to fetch my car, there was a note on the windshield that read, — — — «PARKING VIOLATION NOTICE — ATTENTION VEHICLE OWNER: THIS NOTICE IS BEING LEFT AS A COURTESY TO GIVE YOU AN OPPORTUNITY TO MOVE YOUR VEHICLE FROM OUR PROPERTY PRIOR TO BEING TOWED. IF YOUR VEHICLE REMAINS ON OUR PROPERTY AFTER 9÷27÷15 IT WILL BE TOWED AT YOUR EXPENSE. WE LOOK FORWARD TO YOUR IMMEDIATE RESPONSE.” — — — - Okay, I understand they have a right to command me to move my car. I just thought they could have worded that notice a little kinder, and also given a name of someone I could have contacted regarding the issue. But I wasn’t planning to complain until what happened to me today which really pissed me off.
First, I want to mention that the place is usually busy and I never order inside because the drive through moves a lot faster even during the busiest times. So today I decided to order for me and my daughter for our dinner. I arrived about 330 pm and was happy to see that there was only like 2 cars ahead of me in the drive through. I was on my mountain bike because I still have not been able to repair my car. So I roll up on my bike and one of the staff was standing beside the menu to take orders and before I could speak my order, she says, «This is the first time I’ve had a bike come through the drive through. Wait, let me call my manager and ask if it’s okay for someone on a bike to order through the drive through! So as I am waiting for the «okay», I am wondering why this is even necessary and is even an issue! Then, to my surprise, the girl tells me that I cannot go through the drive through and I must order inside. So I tell her, I would rather go through the drive through because I have no way to lock my bike. She then tells me that she will guard my bike while I order. So I reluctantly park my bike and go inside, only to find a very long line of people in front of me. It took me about 5 seconds to turn around and walk out, hop on the bike and jet out of that place. The girl’s back was turned as I sped away on the bike. I don’t know if she realized I had left or that someone had stole my bike. I don’t really care at this point.
I’m back for an edit. In fairness, I should mention the location of this particular restaurant: Sisk Rd., Modesto. As the other stores may have different management and different policies and this post is only in regard to this location and not the other ones!

I have to say that the girl behind the counter Sorina has the patience of a saint. I watched her deal with a customer that had hearing and language barriers with a big smile and grace. I was losing my patience being the customer behind. And she was just smiling and cheerful in handling the order. The customer was very confusing. I give her kudos! I wish I had those people skills!

My In-​N-​Out tour of the galaxy continues!
This one is right next to a hotel where I stay for work, so i mostly just walk next door and cash in with a pair of burgers in the midday.
In the total of 10 – 15 times I’ve eaten at this location, it has been solid most of them. Nothing extraordinary, just friendly service and burgers that are reliably warm and of decent consistency.
The fries seem to be a tiny bit overcooked on occasion, but I see no reason to knock it down a peg. It’s also very clean inside — the workers are always tidying something, which is nice.
No need for a long review. It’s In N Out, so we know what to expect; I’d just say this one has its act mostly together.

I’ve been eating in-​n-​out for a long time & have plenty of family and friends past and present who have worked for this company. But this location does not seem to know what they are doing. They are so worried about making money then cooking the food properly. The last couple times i’ve gone the burgers have been dry and over salted. Then other occasions it’s the complete opposite the burgers aren’t cooked all the way. Not to mention the employees disregard for proper customer service. Where they are so worried about their drive-​time that they are basically tossing the food in our car. Tonight is the last time I will deal with the customer service and food for this location. I would rather drive the extra couple miles to the Pelendale location which has been in town far longer and has constantly provided excellent food and service.

I’d like to start by saying I’m not a big hamburger person. They’re usually not the first thing I think of when it’s time to eat, but I do occasionally go out for some, and In-​N-​Out is usually on the list. Out of the many times I’ve been here, and pretty much any In-​N-​Out, they have always delivered. What can I say. They’re renowned for delicious and simple hamburgers as well as fast and excellent service. Establishment (s) is/​are usually clean and tidy. Food is usually hot and fresh. 5 stars.

When someone says «Fast Food» it seems to be commonly used as a negative connotation and generally means food that is quick, cheap and unhealthy. Well, In & Out has changed that — partially.
While maintaining ease and good prices, In & Out meets that third standard that so many fast food restaurants do not meet… quality. When you order from this restaurant you can taste and even see the quality in the ingredients. This is why In & Out stands above the competition: because they are a sign that fast food restaurants can meet all three standards.

Fast service, employees without attitudes and great food everytime! Basic menu with lots of secret items.
The veggies are always fresh and the food is always made to the order. I have frequented this place often and have never had a complaint!
I recommend a double double animal style with well done animal style fries, you just can’t go wrong! Don’t forget the neopolitan shake!

I ordered a cheeseburger with onions and two animal fries through the drive thru. The service was very friendly and it felt genuine. The food was great! I will be coming back.

This place rules. It’s in n out! It’s actually probably the best restaurant in Modesto. Double double with grilled onions is how I roll. Fries and a root beer with that please. Rocking bs is uppity and too expensive. Red robin takes too long and the waiters suck. Go to in n out.

Your paying $ 6 for a burger, fries and a drink. Come on now. What do you expect to eat? A million dollar burger. For what you pay it is by far better than any fast food. So get over your big ol tummies. Writing a bad review for in n out sounds like your just miserable all around.

Just got done demolishing a 4×4 it was great, along side of animal fries! The employees here are awesome! They’re always happy and cheerful. Speed of service is incredible. They do live up to their motto «Quality you can taste».

I keep trying In-​N-​Out to find out what’s supposed to be so special. After about 10 times at different locations in SoCal and NorCal, I still don’t see the draw.
I ordered a cheeseburger combo without spread. Heresy? I guess so. I don’t like Big Mac or Big Boy sauce, either.
The company knows how popular they are, yet they build the stores too small. Thankfully, this store had a table or two that were available by the time I got my order.
The food had decent taste, but the thin burger patty was not done. At least, the sandwich was not dry without spread. The employees were efficient and friendly.
The security guard didn’t make me feel more secure.

Can’t go wrong here unless you eat too much!

Nice that all In N Outs have the same consistent food, service and clean restaurants. I love their food and it is the better burger place to eat on our trips along the highway. The manager is doing a good job here as his workers were happy and the place was clean.
