We have worked with Tyler, Greg and their very skilled team on numerous events over the years! The level of service we have always received is top-​shelf! One of the many great experiences we had with JCD was when we had another company booked to do a big draping project for a very special event we were working on. The other company ended up shipping the wrong items for the order and then was unable to finish the job. We called Tyler in a panic and he was so gracious and helpful — he helped us pull the event off with flying colors and our clients never even had to deal with the other company’s mistake! Needless to say, JCD is now the only company we use for draping and custom décor! They’re truly the best!

I really wanted to have good things to say about this company considering how excited they made me feel when I first met them at a bridal fair last year. However, their lack of follow up paints a clear picture of their customer service. My fiancé and I contacted Greg about 2 months ago with a promise that he would call us back after checking out our venue that weekend. We didn’t hear back for TWO WEEKS, so my fiancé called to see what was up. He left a message with the secretary who said she would relay the message to him. After another few weeks, I contacted the company again with the promise that Greg would respond. After another couple of weeks, my fiancé called one more time. It has been another couple of weeks and it is clear that we are unimportant. Everyone we spoke with told us that they have been really busy, but at no point did they apologize or make us feel as though they were interested in having us as potential clients. In addition, their phone etiquette was very unprofessional. We have given up calling them and WARN OTHERS IN THE FUTURE TO BE CAUTIOUS OF THIS POTENTIAL HEADACHE!

I have used JCD for two company events and their décor took it from good to great. They have an incredible array of decorating paraphenalia. We did a luau theme and they had a hut for the bar, thatch covered umbrellas, tiki gods and other props. If I had a bigger budget it would have been truly phenomenal.
JCD’s team is professional, they set up and tear down efficiently and saved pics from one year to another so we could recreate the look. My only regret is we did not have more money to spend!
