Jonathan Jackson is without a doubt the best contractor you could get to do work on your home or business. The guy is honest, hard working, reliable, and a total perfectionist. We have had him working on our 60+ year old house and could not be more pleased with his work. He has dealt with crappy construction, termites, and dry rot, as well as the challenges of a very old home. He is a hard worker and uses his time very efficiently. He’s on time every day and before he leaves he cleans up the work area. He does amazing work. He has redone a decorative old lathe and plaster ceiling that was in terrible shape and made it look incredible. (I wish I could add a picture here but you’ll have to take my word for it) He’s rebuilt the garage wall and framed in a new garage door where termites had eaten the wall and the header was collapsing. It is now stronger than when it was first built! He is also one of the nicest people you could meet which makes it a pleasure to do business with him. So far there hasn’t been a job he’s done here that hasn’t been done perfectly and we have more things lined up for him to do. There is no better contractor to trust working on your home. He pays attention to detail and he knows his stuff. I would not hesitate to give him the highest recommendation and encourage you to give him a try. You will not be disappointed.
I also want to note that his assistant Felix is fantastic too. He’s a hard worker and super nice guy.

I found Jonathan on Unilocal by his reviewers and they were all correct. I used Jonathan on 2 small projects. The bigger of the 2 projects was to repair a patio roof in the backyard that was rotting. It turned out that we just replaced the whole patio structure because of water damage.
Jonathan was fairly priced. Jonathan did quality work and was on time. I’m happy with his work and l already have two more projects lined for him to do based on his work. I would recommend him to anyone needing work done.

I was looking to have a bathroom remodel done on a house that I just purchased and I figured there would be loads of contractors jumping over to help a man out. Not the case in this buyers market. After quite a few bids and no responses I figured I’d find my contractor the way I do everything else, through Unilocal,and I found Johnathan. The man only had two reviews, but I figured, «Hey, why not give him a try.» I’m actually really glad I did. Johnathan was mid-​to-​high range on his prices, but he was dead on for my deadline and what I really wanted, which he did, was start right away. Johnathan is on the ball, and really knows what he’s doing. I can tell you cause I’ve had him for around $ 12k worth of his time. I usually don’t post on Unilocal,but I figured Johnathan is worth it. I just hope it doesn’t bring him a ton more business cause I love having him on speed dial for my smaller projects.

Jonathan recently completed some projects around our home in Modesto. He was on time for his quote, and after meeting with him we purchased the products. He is prompt, neat, organized, honest & efficient. We had many projects to do & I appreciated how he only made 1 supply run each day. He completed lighting, plumbing, painting, & installation of our shower door. I would recommend Jonathan.
Jonathan prioritized projects, which we appreciated. After working on larger projects during the day he has even come by for an hour or two to work. It’s so nice verse waiting with a 2 – 3 window like most contractors give you. I’d recommend his work.

I was refered to Jonathan to help work on a forclosure I purchased, his work was fair priced, done very well and he showed up as promised. Its hard to find a good contractor and I am thankful I found him and would recommend him to anyone for good quality work at a fair price.
