So disappointed.
Bought a 8 pc chicken, paid to have a mix with dark and white. They asked me twice if I wanted the special of all dark meat and I said NO. We checked or bag and all or sides were correct but we didn’t check the bucket of checking… being they asked me twice.
I got home and then realized that it was all drums and thighs (dark meat ONLY). So I was over charged. At this point I’m frustrated, it’s just chicken, I’m hungry so I make my plate. No wonder they are pushing that dark meat special on you. They probably wants to throw it away because it’s trash. It was soggy, greasy and gross.
I attempted to call and let them know that I was not happy with my order. I’ve left 3 messages and no one has called me back let alone answer the phone. They must get a lot of complaints, thats why they probably don’t answer the phone. It’s safer that way.
I’m not wa sting my money on this garbage anymore.

So I went to this place again and for the fourth time in a row and was told that they do not have any white meat in crispy. Last time they told me to call first so I tried but they didn’t answer the phone. I love their chicken but how could a chicken place not have chicken? This has happened numerous times before at this and various other locations so I would not be too surprised for it to happen now and again but four times in a row? Sounds like mis-​management to me. Guess I’ll have to start going to chicken barn or Popeyes.

After waiting 20 mins for food in my car they come to my window saying they don’t have half the food I ordered… They hadn’t even started cooking it yet … I was informed it would be another 20 mins if I was willing to wait or I could have a refund… Won’t ever I mean ever go to a kfc again… Epically because the employe started talking shit about me under her breath while walking away… Seriously I wasn’t even rude horrible way to treat you customers… Good bye kfc you weren’t really good to begin with …

I called in special order 30 min before the time I needed it & I told them when I would be there to pick it up. They told me it would only take 20 min. When I arrived 30 min later they said it would be 13 more min! I was on my lunch hour & that is why I called in the special order so I didn’t have to wait! I waited in the parking lot for another 20 min before they came out with my order but the gal was nice & gave me plates & a bunt cake. My advice go somewhere else!!!

Always make you wait. And if you go after 7pm odds are they will have no pot pies. But if you are willing to wait 25 min. They will cook one. Never go there!

Third time here in a few months hoping for a better service but staffs are still slow. 3 out of 3 times I’m still having to wait 10 to 20 minutes for fast food. no beuno

Horrible fast food ever, I work about 3 mins away and come here for lunch often but everytime i tried to order 10 hot wings they alway run out, keep saying they make it fresh and ask me to wait 20mins. seriously when i come here for hot wings i do not care if it fresh or not. i just want it fast so i can get back to work. some of us only have 30 mins lunch.

DO NOT PULL AWAY FROM WINDOW.
when they tell you to pull around and park because it has to finish cooking and they will bring to you. DO NOT DO IT. they forget about you and them have HUGE attitude when you go in and get on them.
Best just best to avoid these no supervised snot nose brats all together

As I said in another review KFC has to put some kind of addiction agent in their chicken to make you come back for more :)
I read the reviews on this location and have been avoiding it because of them. Guess what? The people here were awesome. Above and beyond, good selling skills, good presentation and very courteous.
The food is KFC, what can I say, it’s good, always has been :)
I guess this a lesson of beware of some reviewers, one bad night shouldn’t condemn a restaurant.
