The chances of getting your order without any mistakes, or not having to park & wait for it to be cooked, or it actually being fresh, are slim. VERY slim.
But, despite this, I recently made a drive-​thru run here again to try something new… the Nashville Hot Chicken.
I was curious for sure. All of that expensive marketing certainly succeeded in getting my attention.
I asked if the chicken was freshly made before I ordered. She said yes. So, juicy, spicy, crispy fried chicken is what I was hoping for. And surprisingly, that’s exactly what I got. This was actually finger lickin good.
The only negative was that it was a tad oily. But it was tasty, definitely had the heat, was tender & juicy, & it took care of the craving.
The risks still way outweigh the good at this location, but the Nashville Hot Chicken was worth a try, & I’m glad I did.
Now, if only the chicken was fresh, & the orders were quick & mistake free, all of the time.
But, until then…

I wanted to give no stars but you can’t; I can honestly say they always forget to give you something; or the chicken is old or they just don’t know how to act when they made a mistake. I miss there old manager; they need to look at this store and get some new management that can train these people not to forget things and cook fresh chicken often! Be aware at this location

HORRIBLE!!! my food was hard & dry!!! Like it had been reheated several times! i couldnt even eat it!!! VERY DISAPPOINTING!!! i didnt even want to give a single star but it wont let you post without one!

If I could go negative I would. I said 18 pc. Crispy. They gave me 8 of the original. They didn’t ask if the order was correct. I had to ask twice if she had 18 pcs and she didn’t tell me there wasn’t any spicy chicken

Horrible service went to pick up lunch the gal that took my order was pleasant the only reason im giving a one star… but thats where it ends the little girl who gave me my order basically just threw my order at me. When i asked for ranch for my first order she seamed put out. then when my second order was ready and she just threw the bag. when i was able to get her attention she seamed irritated that I asked for silverware to eat my mashed potatoes with I guess I have to use my biscuit next time for my mashed potatoes.

This kfc is probably the worst in Modesto. They never have anything in stock. Want chicken from kfc (kentuckey fried CHICKEN) WELL WE RAN OUT CHICKEN. want a chicken pot pie NOPE. when we started talking about how they should’ve had chicken the girl said that there are cars behind behind you meaning she wanted us to be quiet. Overall horrible place to be

Never fails every time I come here there is no chicken! I need to stick with the Dale rd location! 20 mins at 5pm which is dinner time!

#howdoyouKfc Apparently with A «Chicken Little» which came as chicken strip with pickles between a hotdog bun. Which for some reason or another took 20 minutes, to make. The location tagged here, is like walking into the beginning of a Kitchen Nightmares episode. The staff were not trained, were slow to do just about anything, and were laughing while just standing around doing close to nothing. One of them even started to suck her finger! Avoid at all costs!

I feel sorry for these employees. They have such a difficult, stressful job where they need to perform tasks such as REMEMBERING ORDERED ITEMS and PLACING ITEMS IN BAG. It is enough to drive anybody off of the deep end, so I can understand why they are so bad at it. Maybe they should stick to easier jobs like Neurosurgeon or Navy Seal.

Terrible. Absolutely terrible. How can they even call themselves a fast food restaurant? Went here last night, expecting to receive some fast food. I pull up to the drive thru, place my order, and I’m told I have to wait because they have to make the mashed potatoes fresh. I got the $ 5 famous kfc bowl, my boyfriend got the $ 5 3 piece box. I thought great, we’ll get fresh potatoes. I park, and I’m told we’ll get our food brought out to us. 10 minutes pass by. 15 minutes pass by. 20 minutes go by, and my boyfriend goes inside. Apparently, they forgot all about our order we already paid for! They give him our food, and forget the individual sides of mash and mac n cheese. He had to go back for them. I call the manager of the store to complain, and she was extremely rude and condescending, and gave me a half-​assed apology for wasting so much of my time. Finally get home, and to top it all of, they even forgot the cookie that goes with my meal. NEVER eating here again. Ruined my night. Horrible customer service.

Horrible service. I just had my wisdom teeth removed the other day and my husband went down to stalk up on mashed potatoes and gravy for me. That was fine however they forgot his soda. He called to tell them and they wrote down his name to give him a free one next time.
Well two days later he went to pick me up more mashed potatoes and pick up his soda they forgot last time. He got back to my office and sure enough, they only gave us one of our mashed potatoes. He called to let them know and they acted as if we made it up?! The young girl said «my manager knows she put it in the bag». Not to mention they gave us the wrong kind of soda, didn’t complain about that part though. The worst part was rather than apologizing for messing up again, they act as if we are making it up. I will never go back again after seeing the poor treatment for ThEIR mistake.
