KFC

For the first time ever I wish I could give a business zero stars. Waited 20mins for some Hot Wings to go with the rest of my order. They also managed to forget the only drink I ordered. When I got home, ALL of the Original Recipe chicken in the combo bucket I also ordered was super greasy, soggy, really dark grey (yes, grey), AND falling apart. We got two little dipping sauces to go with 20 Wings, thanks.
I drove back with the disgusting chicken in hand and spoke with a «manager». While a nice teenager, she didn’t seem super engaged. Almost like this store was use to complaints. Bucket of Chicken replaced and a Red Velvet Cake thrown in for my troubles and I was headed home.
Okay, take two. This chicken was all Crispy since I didn’t want to take another risk on the original again. Big mistake as we were left with a whole bucket of totally flavorless chicken. Zero seasoning made the flour taste of the batter really stand out.
It also made the undersides of our tongues dry out. Flour that is not cooked out completely, really weird. The Hot Wings suffered the same lack of seasoning, although still somewhat spicy. Weird again.
Their «Finger Lickin’ Good» sauce is terrible as well. Just a mix of their other sauces, it really doesn’t stand out in any way except that it is so muddled, only a child could have come up with this crap.
It is safe to say that I will never return to this KFC again. Not that I am a big fan of Korporate Fried Chicken anyway.

The kfc employee’s are some of the most incompetent people on earth. I told my fiancée not to go there, they mess up my order every time, but we went anyways and once again our order was wrong and we didn’t even get our biscuits. That’s 4 times they’ve messed up my order in drive through. And by the time were home and hungry know one wants to go back and get it corrected. I’m completely done ever eating at this location ever again!

Couple months back drove up to the drive threw an order the worker informed me there all out of chicken! Its KFC how does that happen? We did go back. Just seems food gets worse an worse. Sad.

I had not been here in a long time because the last few times I got take out it was so greasy I couldn’t eat it and the mashed potatoes were as runny as the gravy.
Felt like fried chicken tonight and this is the closest fried chicken to my house. When I got there at 7:30 I thought the dining room was closed because the chairs were on the table and they were mopping.
First off, the prices have really increased and with the meals you only get one side now, instead of the 2. I was expecting a miserable experience and wondering why I wanted to torture myself again. I got my order and was surprised at how large the chicken pieces were, then I thought they must be dry and tough because they didn’t look greasy. Sat down and was very pleasantly surprised at how tasty the chicken was, It reminded of the old KFC when I was growing up. The pieces were flavorful, moist but not tough or greasy. The mashed potatoes were improved but still need work.
I’m hoping this is a sign of good things to come. I’ll be back sooner than the last time.

Honestly the food was cold, the service was terrible, and then they have the audacity to hang up on me when I called to tell them they forgot something! They hung up on me! WTF! I haven’t always been the biggest fan of KFC, but I can say now I’m just over it.

I used to love KFC as a kid, so when I had a sheet of coupons left at the door for KFC last week, I decided to use them and get some chicken. I haven’t had KFC in a few years and was actually looking forward to having some extra-​crispy. Disappointment! Everything really wasn’t as good as I remember. The chicken was nicely fried and crispy, but really had no taste. The mashed potatoes and gravy were tasteless also and I’m pretty sure the potatoes came from a box mix. Coleslaw wasn’t as good either and the biscuits were just flour and water not baked long enough. Another great childhood memory crushed by corporate America.

This place gets 2 stars for the service, 3 stars for the food. After all chicken is chicken and you would have to try very hard to screw that up.
I got their 10 piece special with 4 free pieces for 19.95. The problem was when I got home there was no butter for the biscuits, no utensils with witch to eat the potatoes and coleslaw.
So now 1 star for rudeness. I called them to let them know that they forgot to include above stated items and they hung up on me.
With an attitude like that no wonder no one has ever Unilocaled this store before now.
