Kristy is a great instructor. I’ve had the pleasure of taking the classes and it’s a great workout. Her prices are very reasonable as well. So if you are looking for another way of working out while having fun this is something you should definitely try I guarantee you’ll love it.

I love every minute of Kristy’s classes. If you’re looking for something to boost your confidence and a new way to get fit, this is it! Her classes cost a third of what it would cost at other pole fitness studios. Kristy is a very patient, talented and motivating instructor. I would definitely recommend taking Kristy’s pole dance classes.
