The bean dip is so good! The waitress was very friendly and I never found myself waiting for more water ! It was a great experience overall:) Just get hotter hot sauce;)

Best Mexican restaurant I have EVER been to. There’s not even a debate about where to eat when we go out. My family and I come here all the time. Love the atmosphere and servers. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

This place is our Favorite! The food is delicious and always comes out hot and fast. The service is great as well! Mary and Jordan are awesome! I definitely recommend this place for Awesome Mexican food !

We came here with the whole family. We had a large «needy» group and they didn’t miss a beat! Food was great, service was pretty quick for our size group and the staff was both friendly and helpful.
The also have a full bar!!!

Came in at 12:30 for the pozole, sold out.
Why would they not make enough to at least get through lunch is ridiculous.
Very disappointed.

The sad thing is that my family has eaten there at least once a month for a few years and normally I would call it a good three stars. However, now I find they have double charged my credit card and that second charge was more than twice our bill. Mistakes happen but the wait staff always tell you. Therefore, this can only be fraud. So, I get the fun of fighting that for the next couple weeks. No more La Morenita for me now.

I’m not exactly sure of how, but I do know of a few reviews that have been deleted from this establishment.
There was an incident that happened last month where we witnessed one of the servers reserving salsa from another table. She was walking back toward the kitchen, and instead of entering the kitchen with the empty chip basket and used salsas, she poured the remaining of one of the salsas into a salsa that she later served to a new table.
I used to come here often, but after we witnessed this, I will never go back. The server did not look around to see if anyone was watching so I’m sure she does this often and has not been told anything about it.
I think this is something that the public needs to know about which is why I’m posting this review. Reusing food is a public health issue and I would NEVER come back to this place.

Good food, good service, good prices. My whole family loves going to La Mornita. Their Chimmichungas & Chili Relano (sorry bout the spelling) are so amazing. Every time I get them I done with my plate craving more.

I made horrible mistake of coming here for lunch Friday 5÷15÷15! I ordered a chicken salad and used salsa for dressing. Later Friday night I felt achy and sick then non stop VIOLENT vomiting continued for four days now. NEVER AGAIN. On a side note. Thanks for the food poisoning weight loss of 10 pounds!

I’ve been coming here for the past 15 years. This is one of my Husbands favorite spots so of course this restaurant has become one of my favorites. I’ve tried the chicken torta, Mahi coconut taco’s, wedding burrito, and others. Their food is always good, along with their service, even when they are busy. I know what dishes are too spicy and what ones are my favorites. We will continue to come here and to support this yummy establishment.

OH MY!!! The manager Brityn B sent me a harassing comment for speaking my truth here on Unilocal. I let her know that a true owner uses Unilocal to remedy the situation with a customer… not to pick fights with them. She then sent me another disrespectful message and then get this… blocked me after she sent the nasty message.
I have no clue as to why this manager would behave this way, i fortunately do not know her personally, but I think it has something to do with her self entitlement silver spoon issue (her grandma is THE la Morenita). But As I said before… go to any other la Morenita (they are great) just NOT this one on coffee road. Please. Don’t support Disgusting behavior such as manager/​owner Brityn B. PS she wrote a book length negative review on Topoli Motors. hmm I wonder if the manager there harassed her about it? Lol

Worst fish taco ever… mahi mahi coconut fish taco, while it sounds amazing and looked impressive on the plate, the fish was no thicker than a piece of lunch meat coated in coconut breading and grease. So bummed, hadn’t been there for quite some time and was soooo looking forward to an amazing dinner. After a 45 minute wait to get our food, needless to say we won’t be back for a very long time again. :(

Nice Valentine’s Day dinner with my heart!!! Went later so no wait whoo hoo!!! Fish tacos were delicious. Nachos too!!! Not the best mi chelada I’ve had but still okay. Never a disappointment with the food here though… yum yum!!!

Tried this place for the first time for lunch. It was not like the other la morintas so don’t be fooled.
I usually order the carne con chili.
Compared to the other la morinitas this one feel short the flavor was different and much smaller portion for a higher price and also with out asking or stateing on menu it came with white rice and whole beans.
Other in my party ordered carnitas and was supprised that there carnitas are like chili Colorado and all they could say he we are the original la morinta so we are different.
That difference tells me I will stick with the others
