Mountain Mike’s Pizza

Had the lunch buffet for the first time and loved it! Pizza was fresh and delicious! Wonderful customer service, Nina was attentive and friendly. I’ll definitely have to come back!

Ordered pick up using online order. Pizza is taking a little longer than estimated. But, they have an EV charging station that’s free to the public, and I’m the first person to know about it? Even the employees didn’t have a clue. Awesome!

This mountain mikes is the best by far! Everyone is always super friendly and the new remodel is gorgeous! The food is always fresh and delicious, and always on time! I’m never placed on hold when I call in and the delivery drivers are always amazing! Thank you for always thinking about your customers!

Came in for some great pizza and I received great customer service as well. The football game was on and I received a refill on my beer pitcher without having to ask. I was very impressed with how quick I got my pizza and how well the pizza was cooked. The store was very clean also which is huge in my dining choices. This establishment was by far the best pizza parlor in town in my opinion. I want to give out a shout out to the manager Candace. Great job running your location. They are lucky to have you.

Couple of weeks ago I ordered two large pizzas for delivery and was told the deliver time would be a bit over an hour… fine. I am used to that on prime time weekends. Here in lies the problem. Upon arrival the driver had no cheese and peppers (which they always do) and when asked said, «sorry I’m all out.» Okay, fine but, when I got my pizza it was cold… it was as if it sat in the delivery driver’s vehicle for over an hour. The cheese on the pizza was solidified, indicating being cooled off or exposed to cold for extended length of time.
I called the Manager whom gave me choice of remaking the order and delivery for free or 50% off next order. I opted for 50% next order. Well tonight 1÷09÷2016 I called in that chip but, was told that the 50% off doesn’t work with the BOGO online coupon I always use. So, in effect that 50% off basically is a BOGO coupon. WTF!!! I’M SORRY, if you are offering to remake the whole order and deliver for FREE that night BUT, refuse to give 50% off BECAUSE I have a coupon at later date… the same coupon I use every time, then something just doesn’t add up. I believe you offer to remake the order because the stats play out that 99% of the people won’t have you remake it so it is just an empty gesture.
You have lost a customer today… for good!

Me and my wife stoped in there for lunch, the pizza was all you could eat pizza, it was fresh, they kept bringing more fresh and different style pizzas out, they where all delicious, the staff was really friendly always checking to make sure we where having a good lunch, the restaurant was clean and the staff interacted well with all the customers dining in or picking up. thank you and we will be back again for lunch great experience

same good pizzas you get at any mountain mikes. the worker here was really friendly and went out of her way to be helpful.

Pizza was good, staff was pleasant. Unfortunately, the salad bar was sketchy, nothing on the salad bar was fresh and it was a mess. The floors and self serve cheese/​pepper station were also a mess from the lunchtime pizza buffet, and I was there for dinner.

I Love this location. It’s close to home. The upgrades look Awesome and the staff is so friendly and goes out of their way.

I had called in my pizza for eat in and the person who answered the phone was very positive and sounded excited to be at work took my order and told me thank you witch I liked a lot he understands that I’m spending money and I respect that kind of customer service and what made it a 6 out of 5 yeah that’s right better than perfect I asked for them to make a heart of pepporonis on my pizza and not only did they also the manager Candace I believe her name was asked me if I could add olives to make it easier to see witch it did and it made me a returning customer never will I go somewhere else for pizza again :)))

I don’t know guys… this place has definitely changed. I don’t know if it’s because a lot of the old employees are gone or what. We ordered a pizza and were told it would be 30 min… we got there in 37 min and I saw the girl still making the pizza! She hadn’t even put it in the oven yet! That is so frustrating! When we said something about it, the girl at the counter just said, «we are down to 3 people.» Totally rude and unapologetic. No sorry or anything. Yeah, probably time to find a new pizza place.
I want to add when Candace is working, everything seems to be in order, the atmosphere and attitudes are upbeat and our order is ready when promised! Not everyone is rude and I like to give credit where it is due. Not to mention she knows us when we call in our order… that’s good customer service.

We love the pizza and even love the ladies that work there more! Danika, Candice and the others are so nice to us and always greet us in a way that makes us feel like valued patrons!

I give this place 2 stars because of the service I had today. I couldn’t decide if we should have gotten 2 orders of 18 wings or just a 5lb order. I called the restaurant and asked how many wings were in the 5lb order and the woman said she didn’t know. So I asked how many bags it took to place two 18 piece orders. She then asked someone standing next to her how many wings were in the 5lb bag. She was told roughly 40 – 50 wings. So I placed an order of 5lbs regular buffalo sauce at 7pm online. My time of arrival was 7:30pm. The delivery man did not arrive until 8pm. I didn’t complain to him about the tardiness. When my husband ate one of the wings he literally spit it out an said they were disgusting. I tried one and it was soggy and the sauce tasted old, it had no flavor and the skin was slimy and soggy. I took the wings back to the restaurant and explained the details of the wings condition. The man I spoke to told me that they cook the whole bag together and when they do that, the wings don’t fully cook, which is why they are soggy. I could not believe he just told me that. If the cooks KNOW the wings wont be good, why don’t they cook them longer? They gladly offered to make a brand new order. I requested half BBQ and half buffalo. It was 8:30pm when I asked how long it would take, the man told me 10 – 15 minutes. At 9pm I walked up to the counter and before I could ask when they would be ready, the cashier asked the cook where the 5lb order of wings were. He replied «in the warmer». The restaurant was busy so I understood they could have been behind on orders but I was sitting at a table right in front of the counter where the cashier could directly see me. After I received my wings, I looked at them and they were way better than before. I did ask for ranch and the cashier gave me 3 little cups with lids. I asked for more because I had so many wings and she refused to give me more. I dont see how 3 small cups for ranch was enough for all the wings.
I honestly have enjoyed their service. We have ordered delivery pizza at least 2 – 3 times a month and besides being late sometimes we never have issues. But today was just a mess. Hopefully the issue can be resolved so other customers do not have to deal with it either.

We have our meetings here every month the staff is always amazing and the pizza is always great.

YEAH! I did it again… I came back because both hubby & I felt like Mt. Staint Helen’s pizza. I called ordered my pizza at 8:30pm the girl tells me it will be 30 minutes. So I figured well, I needed to get a few items at the grocery store so I have plenty of time! I get to Mountain Mikes 3 minutes before my pizza was going to be done, I go to pay for it and guess what?! The pizza is JUST NOW going into the oven… it is now 9:09pm they did this to me last time too! Grrrrrrrr

While this is not cheap, it is less expensive than Round Table Pizza.
I was really looking for Pizza Plus, but I like Mountain Mike’s. It’s just that $ 12.99 for a 10 inch Mt. McKinley seems too much. They have a $ 6.99 mini but I make the 10 inch into two meals.
So, with my 10 inch Mt. McKinley pizza and my buddy’s 10 inch pizza, just with sausage, and two drinks, it was just over $ 30. It seems so much for just two people, even though it might be better to go with the mini size and not take anything home. (At my favorite pizza place in the world, they have a 6 inch deluxe for $ 2.99 lunch special, and it’s under $ 10 for a 9 inch deluxe and fountain drink.)
The person taking our order was friendly and eager to please – and she listened well. It took a while for the pizza, but then, they had some call-​in orders in between, and it should be about 15 minutes per pizza anyway.
We didn’t have trouble finding a clean table, but I think that’s unusual. Things were actually going well, which I don’t usually expect. Going to Me and Ed’s was a mess and it’s a circus with all of the little kids, so it was good to go here instead where it was almost empty.
Oh, and the pizza? It was just fine, as expected. They seem to be consistent, and for the price, they should be loaded, which they are. I could do with less for less, but most places don’t do that. The good thing is that this chain is in the SF Bay Area, so I can find one when I’m craving pizza there and not have to worry about getting something I won’t like.

Props for having GLUTEN FREE crust, that can be hard to find around here (even though it’s fricken expensive!!! I paid $ 16 for the gf + pepperoni, olives and pineapple…) and it’s only 10 in” I think… I ate all but one piece in one sitting…
BUT… When I came in last night, there were literally 0 clean tables. All tables either had napkins or piles of pizza pans… I wiped one down for myself and they didn’t manage to buss the other ones for another 30 mins :-/​
Lots of people waiting around…
Oh and the place was full of smoke!!!
Next time will just order pick up…

He’s busy, can I take your order now (chomp, chomp, smack, smack).
Hung up phone. Any business ran in this fashion cannot possibly have their act together. Terrified about what may go on in the back by the ovens.
I’ll order somewhere else where they are eager to take my order, and do so in a timely and professional manner.
