This office is very judgemental they made me feel bad about my teeth that have been damaged due to medical reasons then referred me to a specialist out of network they said they can’t help me i have to fine my own specialist the girls are very sarcastic at front desk they will lose 4 patients after treating me the way they did

I am always terrified of going to the dentist and have been for years. I have periodontitis and even the simplest of cleaning hurts very much. I have gone to several dentists. Thankfully, my wife turned me on to Dr. Poblete. Wonderfully friendly staff. Dr. Poblete is great! He’s very friendly and has a great sense of humor. He and the staff always put me at ease and make me feel relaxed. I highly recommend coming here! You won’t be disappointed!

After some pretty bad experiences with dentists in the past, I was definitely a dentophobe when I met Dr Poblete. I’m not sure if he realized this or if he genuinely wants to get to know all of his new patients, but either way, he sat and talked to me for quite a while before getting to work and it really put me at ease. Dr Poblete and his staff are so patient and friendly, and have some how managed to make a trip to the dentist a pleasant experience. As a result, I’ve been a patient for several years now despite having relocated to the Sacramento area.

Dr. Poblete is a wonderful dentist. Very kind, friendly, and excellent at what he does. I have been a patient to this office since the 1980’s. Dr Poblete had bigs shoes to fill after Dr. Padmos retired, he has filled them nicely. I want to also mention how gentle Dr. Poblete is. I have had a lot of dental work, and I never feel any of his novacaine shots! Yes he is really that good!

I needed an emergency appointment, had never been there before. They found a time slot for me, the office was clean, the staff was incredibly nice, and Dr. Poblete was fantastic! I would definitely recommend his office!

I love going to Poblete’s office. Well… as much as I could like going to the dentist’s office.
His new office is very nice, warm and welcoming. Also everyone that works there is very nice. I like that during a cleaning they explain a lot of what is going on and teach you about your dental health. During a cleaning they even let you listen to whatever music that you want to.
The reason that I changed dentists to Poblete was because my last dentist had made many mistakes while putting a couple Veneers in for me. When I got to Poblete I had him do the procedure for me to correct the work from my first dentist. He did it perfectly and had ways to prevent the mistakes that my other dentist had made. And now my front teeth look perfect! I have been very impressed with Poblete and his office.

Very impressed with Dr. Poblete and his staff! The office is very clean and equipt with all of the newest gadgets. I have 2 boys that were scared to see the Dentist. I was waiting for my 3 year old to have an outburst but instead was completely put at ease by the way the staff talked to him. We had a very positive experience and I would highly recommend this office.

I have been going to this guy since before I deployed to Iraq and he always treats everyone very well and his staff are friendly and kind. His rates are the same and in some cases better than many others out there and I have never been overcharged for anything by them. they are very patient in billing practices, work with almost all insurance carriers and the best part, they got Nitrous!

This is a great office to go to! The staff are super friendly and welcoming, the dentist is excellent, always explains the treatment and has a real gentle hand.
These people really know how to take good care of you and make you feel welcomed. I’ve beem going to this office for years and are always pleasantly surpeised at how comfortable I am at the DENTIST!!!
