I’ve been here many times, always good service and friendly staff. My tri tip wasn’t that great thou, dry and not much flavor and the potato salad was disappointing too, next time I will order my usual.

A good breakfast: the bacon wasn’t over– or over-​cooked; the pancakes were good; the coffee was hot.
Customer service was very good and attentive: we never ran out of coffee.
Prices are a bit high, but what isn’t. After all, some McDonald’s employees are getting $ 15.00/hour. I guess someone has to pay for it.
Only drawback: seniors get a discount at Perkos’s: as it was obvious that we are a couple of old farts, I thought we’d be given the Senior discount: guess you have to ask for it.

Very friendly staff
Food was pretty good — could use some seasoning
Hashbrowns had no seasoning at all — husbands steak was little over cooked but it was a thin cut so easy to do
Crab cake Benedict — crab cakes were crispy lacked season but lots over worked so crab was not chucks almost consistency of canned crab — eggs where hard boiled way over cooked — sauce had good flavor

Perko’s has improved 100% since the remodel and new menu. The always fresh, crisp and cold dinner salads are excellent. The new special reduced price menu is welcome. I ordered the chicken pot pie which was tasty and had a nice flakey top crust. However the bottom crust was undercooked and almost slimy. The filling was good, but stingy with both veggies and chicken. The waitress was friendly and efficient. Keep up the good work Perko’s. Think less about the bottom line and I’ll be a devoted customer again.

I love this place, I bring my wife and son here at least once a week. The servers are very friendly, and the food prep is pretty fast. I love the new décor /​makeover they got. They bumped up the price on some of the menu stuff after the remodel as I expected, but overall it is a very good place to bring the family for a meal.

Been going to this restaurant since it opened. Usually accommodating for what you want. My husband and I went in Saturday evening and asked to split a chef’s salad since they are so big. When the waitress brought the salad she said the cook told her they were not splitting them any more. How difficult is it for the cook to split it into two plates when making it, than for us to try and split it at our table? It’s not like they are busy Saturday evening. Sounds like the cook is getting lazy and they need to find another cook. Very disappointed!

Service awesome
Been here a few times and wont be back. everything i ordered was served to me lukewarm or cold. SUPER greasy and my stomach hurt after leaving everytime. also the sodas have been super watery everytime. i dont get it because EVERY other perkos i have been to has been excellent. but the staff is super friendly and attentive. well except for the cooks lol

I am never disappointed when coming here! The staff is so friendly, the service is speedy without compromising quality. We were here for a birthday breakfast with our daughter and the staff helped to make it a special one! Our waitress Katt is the best!
Their pancakes and stellar service are what keep us coming back. Have been to several other Perko’s in the area and always end up coming back to this one! The others just don’t have that down home, country atmosphere that we love so much!

I eat breakfast here nearly ever time i visit my dad in Modesto. Its decently priced and the staff is amazing. I absolutely loved the omelet i tried just last week, it had artichoke and spinach and it was awesome!

Traditionally, Perko’s rocks. Understaffed today, waited on salad,. NO BABY CHANGING TABLE! Had to change son on bathroom counter. Grrr. Good food and staff was friendly when they came around. It seemed they catered to their favorites/​frequent visitors. Great for adults, still lacking in the kids department.

This place is decent for the price that you pay. It’s cheaper than IHOP and the service is very friendly and prompt.
My husband and I went here for brunch and were pleasantly surprised at the «Bailout Meal Specials» for $ 5 all day.
My hubby had the original burger with fries and I had the Ham and eggs skillet with home fries, and pancakes. The food was good and our bill was only $ 10.78!
I say it was well worth the price that we paid, knowing that we easily would have paid over $ 20 if we went to IHOP for the same food.
Granted, we stopped by this place on a whim because it was on our way home from the Dr.‘s office, but it was worth it. We were extremely full for less than $ 11.
We will definitely be coming back to try the ice cream!

was on carpenter rd trying to find the turn off to go to the ups place. Seems like I just kept on missing it. so stopped in here to ask directions. They didn’t know where it was. So sat down, got a burger and coffee and asked for a phone book. Didn’t have one. Called 411, got the number, called, got address and directions. That’s about it.
