Called and made an appointment for a few days later, gentleman arrived on time and our fridge was fixed. Totally painless!

Nice to find honest human beings that will take the time to guide you in the right direction before they book you an appointment. Rare these days if anyone needs a repair man call priority plus first

Fortunately for me, I didn’t have to have any work done on my freezer after all because the darn thing started working the day of my appointment (after it defrosted half my food) but the gentleman that I spoke with on the phone was very helpful, and straight forward. He told me «If it’s running properly now then I can’t possibly tell you if something is wrong so I’ll save us both the trouble and just give me a call back if you have any other issues». These guys not only seem to be very straight forward and honest, but they were able to get me an appointment 2 days after I called (on a non business day) and a whole week earlier than anyone else in town. They also quoted me at half the price as everyone else for general inspection and diagnostic! Will definitely return with business if I have any in the future!

The washer died on a Thursday in the middle of the rinse cycle while I was at the bf’s. I called another repair person but he was booked, so I made an appointment for Monday. On Friday we decided to see if we could get the repair done sooner. I called Ray and he came that same day. He diagnosed the problem and he recommended that we *don’t* fix it. It was a timer and pump, and would cost more than $ 300. We paid him his very reasonable fee and went shopping for another washer the next day.
