My mom cried. And the audience. That’s how amazing these actors and actresses are. Originally, I was going to rate this place 4 stars because of its awkward location, but as I previously stated, those actors and actresses absolutely convinced me otherwise. PROS: — Unexpectedly great, humble, and polite actors, actresses, and staff — Clean and organized interior — Great ticket deals for students and parties of 2+(best to buy ahead of time!) CONS: — Lack of street lamps — No large sign to pin-point its actual location(only a banner of their current showing plastered onto a wall) — Thin walls(you can hear and feel loud cars speeding from inside the theater) — chairs are placed too closed together — chairs are also placed too close to the stage and«floor» — not enough space for stretching(unless you’re sitting in the front) — no physical ticket for keepsake(you basically just«sign in» from the front desk) Truthfully, I’m not a theater major, nor do I have any knowledge about it. I was actually assigned to watch this play for one of my college courses and didn’t feel too comfortable wasting my Saturday night watching a play, but after watching«Death of a salesman» my interest and appreciation in theater has completely changed. I wish I could upload my research paper onto Unilocal because I have never been so touched and convinced from a play before, especially from a local theater. The actors’ and actresses’ acting were so articulate and convincing, especially the crying-on-cue scenes! Words simply cannot explain how amazing they were. I highly recommend Prospect Theater Project over the other local theaters, and will definitely be checking in for future showings.
