This is a Great environment. The sensi is great with the kids. Great staff and nice to know it is very family oriented. They offer classes at great times during the week. Great for those who enjoy karate.

I was looking to get back in shape and wanted a traditional Karate-​Do. Having taken Karate before I know what I was looking for in a new instructor. Let me tell you Sensei Raul Raya is not only gentle, humble, and kind but he is the real deal. Trained in Okinawa and several other places in the world his knowledge of Goju-​Ryu Karate is top notch. He has a wonderful repertoire with the children he teaches and understands the needs/​limitations of older adults working out. Truly one of Modesto’s top Karate schools!
