Rico’s Pizza

Came here for my sisters birthday & the pizza was… Ok. But the staff was awesome, the beer was cold, the kids got to play games & their hot wings were amazeballs!!! I’ll go back for the wings & beer for sure! The employees were so sweet & helped in every way to make it special for my sister. We all left very pleased.

Worst service ever. Did I mention worst service ever. Let me explain something worst customer service ever. Mediocre pizza. Weak.

Pizza is good but the workers are rude

The manager is dumb as f*** I ordered a pizza and they never asked me if I wanted to pay with cash or card so I waited an hour for my pizza and when they showed up they wouldn’t take my card until I convince the manager to take it after that he kept on asking me if I even wanted a pizza because the delivery man was sitting there with the pizza out in the cold and ask the manager would you want to eat cold pizza he asked me do you want the pizza or not so I went over there and made the fat pepperoni looking b**** look like a f****** a******

The Pizza was excellent and the staff prompt and courteous. This is not Dominoes with instant crappy pizza, excellent pizza takes a bit longer, so enjoy the pizza.

The party size pizza was such a hit that there was no left overs! It was delicious the best part you can have it anyway you want I got ¼ pineapple ¼ cheese and the rest veggie. The only sucky part is its in Modesto there use to be one in Brentwood but it closed down.

DO NOT EAT HERE. My boyfriend got food poisoning eating this pizza. I ordered a large Hawaiian/​Sausage and Pepperoni pizza. I ate the Hawaiian portion while my boyfriend ate the Sausage and Pepperoni pizza. The pizza was undercooked and the dough was still doughy near the crust! It was too late to take it back and I live across town from this establishment. I am never getting pizza from this place again.

Worst customer service on the phone and in person by pretty young lady at the front desk. Rude and smart attitude to questions about what to buy a s specials. Last time going due to her. I first got her attitude at a party and then my significant other did in the phone. Sadly after manybyrs of coming here but I like to give my money to good all around restaurants.

I like the jukebox, it has all types of music, pizza ok, but theirs this waitress, I think her name is camila, she’s buatiful, just to talk to her and look at her bueaty is worth going there…

Wow… What a nasty cheese pizza … Digornos frozen pizza is better… I ordered a large cheese pizza extra sauce and it was still dry very dissapointing … The dough tasted prefrozen and the restaurant smells like piss and had flies buzzing everywhere… Just nasty… Smelled like the bums that walk around Ceres … No salad bar… really… Like wow … Yuck

This is the best place in town for birthdays or feeding a team of kids!! They have Great Service! Great food! Even great customers!

SUPER HUGE DELICIOUS PIZZA! So we heard about their huge party size pizzas. We came in at 8:30 on a Monday night for a party of 14 people. I was wondering if 2 pizzas were going to be enough. After all, it was 8.30 pm and none of us had ate dinner.
The hugemongous pizzas come out: 1 pepperoni (because we’re cheap like that) and one combo.
OMG. Both pizzas were a hit. We were devouring them like a pack of velociraptors. 1 party slice is the equivalent of 2 slices of a normal pizza. I ate 3. Piggy, BUT IT WAS THAT GOOD! You can’t stop yourself!
Even with the hungry populous wolfing down the slices, we still had ¾ of a pizza left! IT’S THAT BIG!
The staff was very nice. Attentive. Pizza was baked perfectly. Location was a normal pizza place: had some video games for the kids, a couple of big screens going with the game going. LOTS of tables for big parties and booths for couples or small families.
We’ll be back.

I am so sad our experience was so bad this time. I’ve been here two other times for parties and had a party here also and it was great! Then I suggested we come here for my daughters soccer team party, this time not so great at all. The two girls working the front today have attitude and are not helpful at all. They were charging for little cups of ranch when the other times that we were here they gave us a bottle of ranch. This is the last time we come here and will let everyone I know about the customer service they are lacking here as well. I hope the owners know the two brunette girls he has working Saturday afternoons are ruining their business.

dirty restruant, weak service, sloppy pizza,

Appetizer wait time too long, ordered wings and asked for sauce on the side but had sauce all over wings and came out after the pizza, pizza was a good portion however still undercooked underneath– white and very soft instead of the traditional golden. Customer service was ok they refunded the wings
Air hockey tables didn’t work, no out of order sign, cost us $ 2 and no refund from management
Overall it was overpriced for the quality, not worth it
Atmosphere: Dining Area had a couple families, however not busy, expected faster food delivery!

I’m there at least 3days a week, great food awesome service family oriented. Take my kids all the time they love it. Watch every sporting event I like. Really recommend this place! Yeeeee
