I’m always finding amazing pieces to add to my wardrobe. The prices are great and if you catch a sale day it’s an added bonus! On the weekends they open the doors to an amazing warehouse that houses racks of great clothes at $ 5 a piece. The staff is just as amazing, love, love, love.

Came across this store by accident. Husband was at the hobby store around the corner. I fell in love with all the vintage style items and their clothes!

The store is very nice, they have cute things, however terrible customer service. One woman was on the phone talking about needing ice for a party she never once stopped to say hello. The other woman came out and gave me a dirty look then proceeded to take a picture of a purse. Would never go back.

Cute store, but if you are selling items, be warned.

Take a picture of the items that they will accept.
A month after I dropped off some items, I returned to pick up the ones that hadn’t sold, and to my surprise, 1 out of my 6 items was missing. They didn’t bother to tell me that it was «lost or stolen» until after I brought up the fact that I was getting paid for 2 items and they were returning 3 items… which meant that one dress wasn’t accounted for.
The contract states that if THEY lose an item, it is at your expense. Too bad for you.
I understand their policy, but what was insulting was that they just handed me a bag and said «here you go.» Why not be upfront with me and tell me that an item is missing? That makes me suspicious about their business ethics. They were just hoping I wasn’t the type to document what I had dropped off.
Then I mentioned I was going to take the remaining items to another store that purchases items right in front of you and the girl at the front counter said «oh… they probably won’t purchase these because they are all out of season.» Well, I went anyway, and they ended up purchasing everything. Thanks, salesgirl for the bad advice.
Anyway, I just feel like it’s safer to take items to a store that will purchase items in front of you. In the end, you get paid right away and you don’t feel like you got the short end of the stick.

Seems like a place for old ladies. Theres a Marshalls next door where you can buy things brand new and in style vs. the old stuff they have for outrageous prices! Cute idea but not for the prices or styles.

Last week I went in needing a fun formal dress for our engagement photoshoot. I didn’t want to go spend $ 100+ on a dress that I would be wearing for literally 30 minutes. The sales person was very friendly and very helpful. The dress I tried on had a corset back. She took her time to tie up the back so I could get a good idea of how the dress was going to look. Although it was 1 size too big, I decided I absolutely had to get the dress with it being such a great deal. It was marked at $ 40, but they were having a sale on orange tags that day. I left with a beautiful fun formal dress at the awesome price of only $ 32. I will be donating the dress to our student store at Johansen High School for some lucky girl to pick up for prom. Retail therapy!!! I love this store. I always find designer clothes and shoes here. I just bought a pair of BCBG shoes, a pair of Jessica Simpsons and I could go on. I bought too many shoes…,

I am so happy & I LOVE my leopard dress from Ritzy Rags in Modesto! And I LOVE my turquoise & zebra desk set from Ritzy Rags in Turlock, I just purchased last week! Nina & the ladies at Ritzy Rags are super nice & very helpful! Now I need to take a little trip & check out the Carmel location :-))

The customer service is excellent! I have managed to find some really good deals here. I picked up a Dolce and Gabanna jacket for $ 78. What you find can be hit or miss depending on customer traffic, but they are definetly worth a look.

well, they contacted me regarding my review and I do appreciate good customer service. She explained that they’ve been training some new girls and what not, so I can understand mishaps like this. They still have some of my items and every time I go in there to check on them I end up buying something (a few of their items are within reason — however, most are too high).
Anyways, I have changed my rating from 1 star to 3.

I just received an email from this business apologizing for the experience that I had trying to sell my clothes as well as offering to accommodate me on an alternative day. I’ll reinstate my earlier 4 star review for good customer service but I’ve already sold my clothes elsewhere.

They’ve actually moved the store pretty recently. It’s now located on McHenry in the Marshalls shopping center. Now I don’t think this was such a wise move. It’s hard to get someone to pay $ 60 – 75 for used jeans, when you can just as easily walk across the parking lot to Marshalls and get them cheaper. I know they carry higher end items, and they have a good variety. However, they also carry a lot of basic stuff. Honestly $ 20 for a used tee or blouse, eh not so much. $ 40 for some American Eagle jeans, serious???
These days you can find higher end items at the bargain stores like TJ Maxx, Marshalls and even Costco. The best part is those stores are carrying new items. I’m curious to see how this store holds up in this economy. We’re in a time of people really wanting something for nothing.
