Sand Lapse

Doug is literally amazing! His work is amazing! It speaks for itself! As a bride, you can’t watch one of Doug’s wedding videos without immediately deciding that you need to have him take a video of the best day of your life! His videos are so beautiful and personal that you feel like you were there and you know the couple. I met Doug when he did my sister’s wedding. My now husband and I decided before we were even engaged that no matter what, Doug would be at our wedding! And sure enough, I booked him two days after I got the ring!
The day of the wedding, everyone felt comfortable with Doug dancing around us gracefully as we got ready. He worked well with all of our venders! Everyone I spoke with enjoyed his presence and talked about how they couldn’t wait to see the finished product. And to their surprise, we all were able to see highlights of the day at the reception. The video is beautiful! And I’m so glad that I have something to share with my family that wasn’t there and my future children that perfectly captures how magical our day really was!

Doug was so amazing. Words can’t even describe what a beautiful job he did. My guests were in awe of him while he was working, and they couldn’t believe how incredible the end result was. He was on time, professional, very kind, and he had so many amazing ideas. By the end of my wedding, I was so tired of making decisions, so he chose the music for my video and it paired perfectly with the overall look of the video. My mom watches it at least three times a day. It was shown probably 100 times at Thanksgiving. No one hasn’t seen it yet. And it was an amazing option for my guests who didn’t make it to the wedding. They didn’t have to sit there and watch like a 10 hour long play-​by-​play. It summed up our day perfectly. The most common thing said to me after watching my video wasn’t «He did such a beautiful job» it was «Do you still have his contact info, because I’m hiring him for my wedding.» or «for my daughter/son’s wedding» or «hell, I’ll get married again just to have that!» Every single person who has seen it has said something along those lines.
It’s a no-​brainer that hiring Doug was one of the best decisions of my wedding, and it will be the best decision of yours, too.
I would also like to add, that he was not awkward or weird. He was laughing and joking, keeping everyone calm, and he worked like a charm with my photographer. They had never met before, and they worked as a team. They even gave each other ideas. He was an absolute chameleon. He blended extremely well into every situation that was presented to him. He followed every rule of the church [which was strict] and he made my wedding day something to remember.
