Long term patients but will not return. Very rude, disrespectful, arrogant and combative. Too busy writing a book to give quality attention to her patients. Very sad.

Couldn’t even schedule an appointment because the staff is so lazy! They won’t bother to get your insurance information so don’t bother scheduling! They cancelled a day before my appointment and would not give their fax number so my insurance could send them my benefits. They literally didn’t have to do anything, I was the one calling my insurance! Lazy lazy lazy!!!
