Starbucks

This is easily worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Way too slow! Always a wait even when no line. The employees don’t seem to have any sense of urgency. They also don’t seem to care about customers. Poor customer service and attitude. It almost seems like this is a Training Starbucks. Is it? That would explain a lot. Smile girls and move! You almost seem comatose! Hustle… Starbucks on Prescott and the one by Costco blow this one away. Way faster, better attitudes.

Came in here and order some drinks as well as reloaded my card with $ 20 CASH. CASH. (So there would be no reason for my reload to be voided right? WRONG.) The girl who was cashier said everything went through so I didn’t think anything of it. Next day I check my card, I don’t see the $ 20 I put on. So I check my account history and it says my reload was VOIDED. Called Starbucks customer service and she told me my reload was MERCHANT VOIDED 30 MINUTES after my reload, which I had already left their store already. Why would it be voided 30 minutes after my purchase??? So what happened to my $ 20 that they voided??? SHADY.

You can’t pay with the mobile app here and there’s no plans to fix it. Their card machines are outdated according to the employees. They don’t care that it’s an issue. They just say to call the corporate office. There are enough other starbucks that I’ll skip this place.

Awesome Starbucks! I strongly recommend this Starbucks to everyone I absolutely love this spot it’s inside obrien so it makes it convince R if you’re planning to do a bit of grocery shopping. Well the Starbucks inside the store is always clean and the employees are super nice too. They provide both interior and exterior seating, the exterior is under shaded area. Making it perfect to sip on a drink during the hot summer time or when it’s raining. I always get the usual caramel frappé here double shot when I’m feeling sleepy. I strongly recommend everybody to give this Starbucks a try, guaranteed to be satisfied. Two thumbs up for this location. If they only had drive thru it’d be a piece of heaven on earth. Great job Obriens! Be sure to try the deli in Obriens too!

This Starbucks is always quick and make great coffee! Customer Service is good as well! One of the better Starbucks I have been to!

It’s not a stretch to say that this is the best Starbucks in Modesto! Everyone gets to know you by name and remember your usual orders too… but I do go there a lot. Plenty of space to sit and free WiFi means I can bring work with me even on coffee break.

Loved this place! The baristas remember the regulars, always smiling, and the coffee is made with Starbucks perfection! It may be located in a store (aka no drive through) but always worth the stop! :)

Now here is my favorite place to get my caffeine fix first thing in the morning. The staff here are very friendly and they really know what their regular customers want and in some cases they even have it ready when they see you come in the door. Also they give you a punch card and for every 9 drinks you buy you get one free. What’s so nice about this place is that you can do your grocery shopping and grab a cup of coffee on the way out.
