Sunrise Rock & Redi-Mix

First my river rock is fine. How ever I was told I would get the order at 11:00AM they did not get there till 2:30 I was very displeased to say the lest all they had to do was call and say they would be late instead when I call to see if there was a problem I was put on hold after 15 min. I gave up. I had a Dr. s appointment. All I can say is THANKS for rising my B.P. not a happy camper.

EXCELLENT level of customer service and knowledgable! Very polite and courteous. Landscaping choices are endless! We had an idea of what we wanted but once we got there we realized we had so many more options!

Ordered 9 yards of Readymix concrete a week in advance. Confirmed the order and delivery time. Also time and delivery were confirmed by my friends’ wife who pre-​paid over the phone. Well the day of the job came and Delivery never came:(called to see what happened and was flat out lied to with stupid non-​sensicle excuses by the same dispatcher which confirmed the order and delivery to both me and my Friend who paid. Imagine if this were a paid contract job and she would’ve had to pay a days wages to everyone for Sunrise’s negligence! Bad Business guys. I’ve praised you in the past but will never order cement there again!

I can’t say how excited my husband and I were to find this place and how awesome the service was here! We wanted to do a whole backyard makeover complete with River rocks surrounding the fire pit my husband made and also stepping stones for a makeshift pathway from the kids playground area to surround around our pool. My husband had more of the landscape skills and ideas and it all came out awesome with everything we bought here. We have a huge backyard so the amount we needed for river rock was a lot!
I will be honest I saying that it was 99% my husband that dealt this service, but from his praise and smiles when he came home with his truck loaded with supplies I had to write a review praising them! He is a commercial plumber with a GC license so he knows the ins and outs of pricing of most of the items we needed for our backyard and he kept saying how well they priced us and how chill and cool they ALL were.
Next project I hope to get done, for sure we will come here!

Today was the 5^th time i have shopped at Sunrise since i moved here 4 years ago. The Guys are always helpful and friendly. The prices are good and they have home delivery. Now my house and my sons house look great with there help.
I highly recommend this place.
