So I went to purchase supplements from The Fit Factory. I had been a customer to them for the past 3 years. They give a 10% discount for in-shape members. Today I purchased $ 59 worth of supplements but the only took off $ 3.50. That’s not 10%!!! When I brought it to the associate’s attention she said that each item has to be $ 20 or more. The cheapest item I purchased was $ 19.95. The sign says the purchase must be $ 20 or more not each item. So I asked her to call Austin the owner/operator. Austin got on the phone and she passed the phone to me. He’s response was«you’re calling me over $ 2.00 really. I’m in a meeting!» What poor customer service!!! I will not be shopping here again. If a business owner is annoyed by their loyal customers, they should not be in the business of providing customer services.

This place is great! Support local business’ that care about you! Austen is a great guy. I came here wanting to get some advice on what I should and shouldn’t do in regards to bettering myself in a healthier lifestyle. No pushy sales just pure honesty. The guy is a professional body builder/trainer and he is great. He suggested a few options for me and when the time is right I am definitely coming back and supporting his shop as much as I can. They have a great selection of supplements, meal replacements, fat burners, gloves, weight belts & drinks. They also offer a 10% discount if you have an In shape card. Austen has me sold!
