I really love all the girls who work at Torrid. They are super nice and very helpful. When u came in other day I didn’t know what to get & i was in a hurry. Alex helped me out she went around the store and grabbed things I would like and in my size. Very helpful. Other ladies who checked me out was extremely nice as well. I enjoy shopping here. They have alot of cute stuff in for spring. :)

I would much rather shop at this location than the Stockton location because the customer service is better and the staff is much more personable.

Love some of the clothes. It is over priced, but I guess it’s still a business that needs to make money. Anyways, store is usually very organized. I did have one incident where I was trying on a bra. My daughter stayed outside the dressing room to wait for me. I was walked in by one of the ladies who was polite. As I began unsnapping my bra, (you know how you look back), I saw the same girl look over the door. I’m assuming to see the color of my bra strap. Not cool!

Not impressed at all. I was there for about 15 – 20 just browsing not one time was I greeted or can I help you? Notta! Horrible customer service! What’s so sad is I work at the mall and expect so much more. They were not busy at all and I’ve been in there on many occasion and same routine. Well I will just keep shopping at lane Bryant much better quality and customer service! Pisses me off that it’s sick bad service!

I was skeptical at first when I decided to shop at Torrid… Again. I used to shop at the location in Tracy, CA and I was turned off by the lack of customer service. Why should I be spending so much on a Tee shirt when I can barely get a «hello» from the employees, anywho I gave it another shot! Thank the heavens the girls in the Modesto location are a true 180 in comparison to the Tracy girls. The Modesto girls are fun, happy and incredibly helpful. I walked out with 200 bucks in clothes in like 20 minutes. Thumbs up! Great job gals! See you soon!

Not so impressed. Customer service is non-​genuine from most of the staff. Short transactions are always longer than they should be. They NEVER offer a shopping bag for online orders to make it easier. Hopefully, someday, they will be inspired to do what’s right and offer great genuine service.

Generally Torrid is my jam. An over-​priced under-​quality jam for sure, but mine nonetheless.
Maybe I was having too much fun trying out the Modesto mall for my first time. Maybe it was because of all the luck I’d had finding sweet plus-​sized clothes in so many other mall stores. Maybe it was because at some point during a shopping outing a girl’s gotta redouble her efforts and finding good deals and put a tighter grip on her rapidly shrinking wallet.
Whatever it was, Torrid was a mess, and I had zero patience to search through the piles of clothes — as if I was at some underfunded thrift store — to search for a gem.

Over priced store for plus women with some few cute items and a bad return or e change policy. They don’t even consider store credit on clearance final sale items. So I will never shop here.

Ok all you ladies out there who have a hard time finding clothes to fit you just because you are beautiful and curvy here is just the place for you. I’m always curious so stopped in here just to check it out and oh my do they have the sizes to fit all. Beautiful clothes. To bad my sister moved out of the state because she would have enjoyed shopping here. Maybe they have one of these back in Iowa. Time to google.
