Appointment was made on line for 8:00 am, I got there 10 minutes early and was taken in before my appointment time. Check in was fast and the people were very nice! My phlebotomists name was Danielle and she was great! No poking or prodding, she knew exactly what she was doing. She was very pleasant and made the experience a nice one. She also gave me a tip on how to make my next blood draw a bit easier on me since it’s hard to get my veins. For anyone that doesn’t know, drink lots of water. =) Thanks Danielle!!!

They will never see you even with an appointment. This place sucks. Rude staff and a cramped small overpopulated waiting room. Can somebody say firecode. I will never come back!

I made an online appointment for 2:15 pm. I showed up about 2:05 pm. to check in and get paper work going. I was in and out pretty quickly. I thought it was a little odd for the lady that drew my blood to hand me a card and asked me to go online and fill out a survey about how she did. Uhh you drew my blood the right way, and you didn’t poke and prod and pull on my veins. Not sure what kind of survey it was. But thought it was odd and not something I’ve been asked to do before.

Just don’t waste your time and go there. Even with a damn appointment you have to wait an least 90 min !!! That’s ridiculous rude staff even they don’t deserve a –5 stars, this is my first and last time I prefer to go to tracy or plesenton to do test other than this shit place !!!

I had a great experience. I showed up to wait to be seen and realized I hadn’t fasted as my blood work required. The woman at the desk gave me an 800 # and said it was easier to make an appointment. I made an appointment and got there 10 mins early. Gave them my paperwork and got in and done in 20 minutes. My Phlebotomist was Danielle and she was great! I have a serious aversion to needles and she made it easy. I didn’t feel a thing! Give them a chance.

This location sucks! They were rude and ghetto, there was only 2 women working the front who clearly had no clue what they were doing and had major attitude! I asked the girl how long the wait was and she told me 10−15min. I was there for 3hours!!! Of you HAVE to go to Quest Diagnostics for lab work DON’T go to this location. By far the worst service EVER!!!

Worst place to have lab work done, unorganized and under staffed. I made an appt which doesn’t make a bit of difference in waiting time. An older lady walked in and asked about the wait and was told 1 – 2 hours without appt. she asked for the phone number of closest office and was told they didn’t have any other location numbers.

4 hour wait for something that only takes 2 minutes. I will never come back. I do not recommend this place, it’s terrible.
I took my grandma here thinking getting blood work is quick and easy. Well I was wrong we waited 4 hours. My poor grandma is 87 yrs old, this is such a waste of time for her. They had 3 phlebotomist working in the back for an extremely packed waiting room, some people were standing because there just wasn’t enough seats. The staff was nice but the wait is just ridiculous.

If you go to these people, Hope that you do NOT have to deal with Elizabeth who works there. Very, very rude individual who should not be representing this company. I have a few other colorful words that could describe her, but I will refrain. I would only recommend this company if it was the very last option. Mind you, this review is only on one person not the entire staff, but her supervisor should really consider sending her to customer service training.

Very quick update. My second experience in the same week after their VERY frustrating mistake was much better. Yes, a 3-​hour glucose test sucks, no avoiding that, but at least it was done right this time, and I ended up passing, and do NOT have gestational diabetes. The only issue I had the day I went back was when my 3 hour mark was up and I knew it was past time for me to get my last blood draw, I had to go up and let them know because they forgot about me, adding an extra 15 minutes to my already REALLY gruelingly long morning. But No big deal in the grand scheme :)

Been here for many different things. I noticed that the staff here is always very professional and helpful. If you have to get back to work and are a health professional they will do what ever it takes to get you in and out as fast as possible.
