My Husband was set up for a referral with this Dr. Ibrahim for a colonoscopy. He fasted and was scheduled for a 10:30 appointment. At 12:30 my husband went to the desk to see what the hold up was and was advised that they would not be able to see him for approximately 2 more hours as the Dr. was behind. My husband is a diabetic and advised them of this. They stated he could reschedule. He left the office as he wasn’t feeling well and needed to eat. This office didn’t seem to care that fasting people were waiting and that it was apparently not a issue to be 4 hr. behind. So when my husband went to reschedule his appointment he was advised the Dr left a not on his chart that he would not be seeing him and felt it wasn’t a GOOD FIT for him to be his patient. Well considering my husband wasn’t yelling or using profanity, but chose to leave after being advised he could reschedule, I wonder what makes him a BAD fit. Is it that he is not of the same ethnic back ground or possible that my husband get Medical because he is disabled??? This is beyond insane… I was shocked that a professional would not have called and oppologized that they were running so far behind, but no not this guy. Iv worked in professional offices in both the medical and insurance industry and never would we treat anyone with such disrespect. Very upset
