Walgreens

I have been here many times and the last 2 previous times have been the worst experience! This Walgreens has the worst customer service. I came here to get something but it was an item that was locked and needed an employee key but i had to wait 30 mins just to get this ONE thing. My boyfriend and I were walking around the store looking for an employee and we found 1 and he followed my bf to the aisle i was at but instead turned the opposite way and went to the register to help other customers. He tended to other customers that came even after we did and the wait was just ridiculous! Another time, i went to buy some other things. There were signs underneath the items that said «with card: $ 6.99» we had our walgreens card and the girl at the register rang us up and even asked us to swipe it and our total came out pretty high still even though we used our card. So as i was in the car in the parking lot looking at the receipt, i told my bf that the total doesnt seem right because we were supposed to get some discounts because we used our card! But the girl didnt even include it! Also might i add, while we were waiting in line, the girl was working so slow and having such a long conversation w/​the ppl in front of us and took a lot much longer than she needed to. There are also hardly any workers and so many people always go there. Another thing, i had purchased an iPhone charger because the price tag said $ 15 and nothing else around it or anything and when the girl rang it up, it was $ 26! I was pretty outraged and felt deceived so right after i went back in and returned it. The customer service here is just so horrible, i do not recommend this Walgreens at all!

Very RUDE people. I got a text message from them saying my prescription was ready. Except I live in LONG BEACH! The guy I spoke to INSISTED it was my prescription, even after I told him where I live! I told him I’ve never even been to Modesto, & he said «well you must have because you gave us this phone number». I told him it was not mine, even the name was different. He finally said «whatever, we’ll take your number off». WHAT A JERK!

I came in here for rubberbands, a energy drink, and a clif bar. Rubberbands all out, notta good selection of energy drinks, and notta good selection of clif bars. Sorry guys 3 strikes and your out.

I have been here since i was born pretty much. Its so conviant for gift cards, mediciene, picture prints and makeup. Westside wouldnt survive without it :)
Went here today for Hallmark card. (:
