Good grief! Their prices for Miracle Gro fertilizers is 23% higher than a premium grocery store less than 1.5 miles away.
Prices for slug and snail bait is 21% higher than the nearby grocery store.
Their prices for Vitamin B1 is almost 30% higher than the same grocery store.
I’ve compared products for the same manufacturers of the snail bait, Miracle Gro, and Vitamin B1. Same net weights and fluid ounce containers.
You can get a much better deal on all fertilizers, and pesticides, at the grocery store on Floyd and Rosselle — and even they’re overpriced!

Purchased sod from west turf for a great price. 3 weeks later the grass is beautiful!!!

Bought a «Strawberry tree» a while back. $ 90, which is more than I usually pay for my plants, but I thought I’d spend it to get a good tree. The tree died within 4 weeks. When I took it back, they wouldn’t refund or even exchange. Why? Because I didn’t buy a bag of Kellogg’s soil to go with the tree. Store policy says without buying their fertilizer, no refunds. Glad they told me AFTER I bought the tree and AFTER it died. Haven’t been back and plan to never return.

They were good. Nothing that stood out to me. Service was good. However I have been to a few nursurys that go above and beyond.
I have purchased turf here– it was good.

Great customer service and good selection!

When we bought our house a few years ago the front yard was so hideously overgrown and just old looking. Full of weird giant hedges and some oleander, gross. So we yanked it all out and started over. West turf was where we spent A LOT of money for about 3 – 4 months while slowly revamping the yard on the weekends. Love this place!
Large selection of healthy plants, trees and annuals. Well organized arrangements. Beautiful fountains and pottery. They also have all the ‘big’ stuff like top soil, bark, sod and some gorgeous boulders. They do deliver but it’s kind of expensive-​worth it for those boulders, though!
Helpful staff will make sure you find what you’re looking for. I have never bought a bad plant from Westurf. Actually all the plants we’ve bought there are thriving big time and our yard looks lush.
I guess now we’re on to the backyard…
