Don’t ever live somewhere under this property management, their maintenance people go off of beepers for gods sake step it up this is the worst customer service I have ever encountered

Horrible landlords. The manager Jessica is a bitch. Th I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I can’t wait to move away from here. The duplexs are updated but totally shitty. They have old windows, popcorn ceilings, old appliances and the carpet fibers come out. The carpet came unglued in multiple duplexs but if it happens again after being fixed the tenet needs to pay. The bathtub is cracked in every duplex. My neighbor has mold and they never completely take care of it they just put boards over it.. The rent includes «yard maintenance «if you can call a group of men who sit outside and half ass clean up yards. I litterly have seen them cutting only the bushes seen from the streets, they are a joke. When I need the leaves picked up I practically need to beg and I’ve been told if they get to it. Plus the rent is going up from $ 970 to $ 1110 with a month and 9 days notice. Last year the rent was $ 895. Just keep looking I promise everyone here thinks it’s nice till they move in and you see the truth.

Your stone bridge apartment facility in modesto is poorly ran. I lived her 8years already. Some of the lights dont work at nite around complex, pool lights dont come on at dusk, the bathrooms at pool area unsanitized and dirty no supplies. We are in a drought the sprinklers water the side walks more than the lawn. Out dated windows there is nothing luxury about this place. The landscapers are not supervised they dont clean up well here. the ladies in office are lazy and not helpful, especially stephanie and Ashley. Ashley the manager walks around in gym gear, tennis, base ball cap, and eating ice cream during a fire inspection. We dont need a barbie manager while her employees are in uniform.
