Got home and found out I’d been over charged $ 40. Store manager refused to credit my card back, only offered a gift card for the store. Admitted it was their fault for the over charge but only credit by store gift card. We will never shop here again. Contacted my credit card company and they stated there have been other customer complaints similar to mine about Work World.

I went in to exchange a pair of pants and the cashier smelled the pants and said that they had been washed and that she would not return them. When I told her that I had not washed them she smelled the pants again, in front of a long line of people, and said I wasn’t telling the truth and that they smelled of detergent. I never even want to see this store again, please find another business to support. Their corporate office should be appalled by the actions of this location and how they treat their customers.

Never purchase shoes from Work World, specially the Chinook brand. WW has a terrible exchange/​return .One that isn’t explained or printed on the receipt. It is how ever on a tiny sign in the store above the check out. You live and you learn I guess :[
