The customer service exceeded expectation! I purchased a ceiling light and due to contractor delays it was not installed for more than a month. Once installed, although beautiful, the glass globe collected every bug that got in the house. The staff at JT Roselle lighting allowed me to exchange the fixture, no questions asked and with grace. I would recommend them highly and will purchase all future lighting from them.
