We placed a big order of sandwiches for our organization’s day trip — I was worried it would be complicated but Chris was SOSO helpful throughout the whole process. I was so pleasantly surprised and thankful for his help and patience. We’ll definitely go back for any orders and highly recommend others to go this location!

This Panera is going down the drain. Endless wait for poorly prepared meals served with frequently dirty silverware by surly staffers. Frequently, basic selections are not available, like chips, baguettes and apples. Really? The place is filthy and poorly managed. A sad state of affairs.

I just find this place gross. The chairs always seem all strewn about, the tables aren’t wiped properly, and the food is clearly just Not Good. I don’t see why people like Panera. The soups are okay. Otherwise, no. Very much not my thing. I felt like I need a bath after eating there the two times my kids convinced me to go. They like the mac n cheese.

I am here a lot. Sometimes the coffee is fresh, sometimes a little on the old side. Sometimes I stand in line(or is it on line?) wondering what could possibly take so long to ring someone up. And sometimes the tables are so dirty that I wish I ordered my food to go and sat in the bushes eating. If I didn’t love certain things here, it would be adiós. But the BBQ Chicken Salad is so frickin’ good I keep coming back!

I haven’t had a negative experience here as other reviewers describe. I’ve always been there earlier in the day before the rush and staff have been pleasant and attentive. I love the breads and bagels! Probably not authentic bagels but they taste really good.

By far the WORST Panera I have ever been to in my life. The gentlemen who took our order was nice but mumbled and could barely understand him. We ordered 1. A Children turkey and cheese. 2. A pick two chipotle chicken and Mac n’cheese and 3. A turkey BLT but asked for an Asiago roll instead of regular. Any other Panera the order would have been done within 5 minutes that we’ve been to. This place took 27MINUTES!!! We wanted a quick bite on our drive home and ended up spending more time than needed there! The Manager didn’t start to help till they saw my 2 year olds frustration of waiting to long. Then we get to the car I check and they managed to mess it up! The BLT was on regular white bread(not even what the regular item menu is usually on) and then they made a grilled chicken avocado BLT on the cheese bread. No one making the sandwiches knew what they were doing and kept asking the manager who was just as slow as them. Worst. Service. EVER!

I love Panera and this location is great during an off time, but if you go in when they are even slightly busy expect to wait 20 minutes for your food. Employees are very slow, spend a lot of time chatting with each other instead of getting food out. I’ll gladly eat here, but if I see even the smallest line I’ll head into Subway it Moe’s instead.

Goes from bad to worst. Poor customer service. Had to retrieve my own food while staff talked amongst themselves and ate. Dirty tables and floors. Staff goofing around. Haven’t been there in a while and gave them another try. What a disappointment

I love Panera but this location needs some work. Every other time I go there are out of a key ingredient for what I want to order and no one is ever apologetic about it. Recently I was there with my five year old and she wanted to save the rest of her food for later. I went to the counter to ask for a to go container and was blatantly ignored. Then my daughter needed to use the bathroom right then. I said to one of the employees actually making eye contact that I had to bring my daughter to the bathroom but needed to take her food to go and would be right back. We left for maybe two whole minutes and when we returned they had thrown the food out. So they ignore a person at the counter but are right on half-eaten food! I said to the woman I had told we had to run to the bathroom, do you have our food? She said, nope, you put it on the counter. Sorry!(And the«sorry» was in a so not sorry tone of voice.) It was totally on obnoxious. If she had just said, I’m sorry we have a policy not to leave food here, nicely, I wouldn’t have been so steamed! As much as I love my usual sandwich I have not been back in weeks because I’m still annoyed!

Love Panera. A go-to for my daughter and I. We always get the roast beef asiago, mac & cheese and chocolate crossiants. Love their bagels too. Usually a line in here. Nice bakery display. Free drink refills at the beverage station.

Why so filthy? Why? Sitting next to a new manager who I told him if I were a manager I would take those couches and throw them out right now! Apparently he needs authorization. And agreed it was gross yet just sat there reviewing a corporate book. i also pointed out how the bench he was sitting on is filthy. His response is that he’s only been here for 2 days and will fix the problem tonight. Yes this is what keeps customers from returning. Yes Paneras losing money but you keep doing paperwork. Of course with no other customers in front of me the sandwich I ordered was missing Avocado and the prep area is dirty. The stainless steel covers for the food prep area look horrible and dirty Am I nit picking? No. There is no excuse for filth in a food establishment .And no excuse for a Manager to sit and do paperwork 4 feet from 2 filthy dirt crusted armchairs. No excuse for an item to be missing on a sandwich when you have no orders up!

Not the worst Panera I’ve ever visited(that honor goes to White Plains – don’t bother going there after 6pm because they won’t have any food left) but this location has some serious service and logistics issues. First, the good things: the café is generally kept pretty clean and the food is consistently pretty fresh and tasty. The bad: from what I can tell, the location is just very poorly managed. They often seem very understaffed at busy times and the staff they do have is slow and… I don’t know the best way to say this… incompetent? You have to tell them every item you want at least twice(go slow so they can keep up) and then half the time they forget that you ordered a pastry or soda, so you have to remind them. And, when there is a huge line to order I expect other employees to jump on the register and help out, but many times you will see even managers just wandering around the café while a single employee takes orders. Then there is the issue of chronically running out of food before closing. That shouldn’t happen when you’re a national chain with, I presume, a logistics system in place to track how much bread you need on a given day. It’s not just«we’re out of x flavor of bagel at 8pm.» When they first introduced the flatbreads this location had no flatbreads every time I went in for three weeks straight. I’m always hearing the kitchen staff yelling up to the front end that they are out of bread bowls, baguettes, avocado, apples, chips, etc. Finally, the iced tea is always weak, but I can overlook that if the service would improve.. .

Hatte einen leckeren Salat mit einem sehr leckeren Stück Brot und einem grünen Smoothie. Würde ich allen weiterempfehlen die frische und leckere Salate mit einem wirklich leckerem Brot mögen.

I’ve recently been back since early last year. The portions have gotten very small, unlike the prices. The prices are high and have been raised but that is like any place now in days. Their half salad is a handful of salad and their«cup» of soup is a measurement fraud, what kind of measurement is that, it is more like a half of a cup of soup that they give you. They had employes in the takeout section that were only speaking Spanish, it was a little unnerving because what they are saying seems to not be appropriate to say in English around customers I guess. Overall, food wise, the chicken noodle soup got worse in quality and was like drinking salt in the broth but I forgot how much I love their salads! They’re delicious! I love their chicken Caesar salad! I will be back soon hopefully but it seems that I have to save up my money to go to panera for lunch with such small portions. It got 3 stars for good salad, that I missed! It lost 2 stars for high prices, over salted soup and discomforting employees, except for one young gentleman working there that was singing his heart out and boy does he have a beautiful voice!

The food is above par and the baked goods are consistently of decent quality. My complaint concerns the service. The people who take your order have a difficult time remembering more than one item at a time. Me: «One toasted plain bagel and a black coffee.» Cashier: «What kind of bagel?» Me: «Plain.» Cashier: «Would you like that to be toasted?» Me: «Yes» Cashier: «Anything else?» Me: «Coffee»(You get the picture) BTW, this happens almost every time I go there.

Despite its franchise status, Panera has never let me down. As for this location, I can say that it seems to be a little faster than most others I have frequented. The service was on par, the food was done right, and the place is kept very clean. My creamy tomato soup was the perfect temperature, and my signature almond chicken sandwich thing was indeed delicious. My only harp is on the drink fountain, which only has water and some fruit punch as the non-soda options. For a place with vegan options, the drink fountain should have better alternatives to soda.

Glad to see the one«nice» lunch option — other than deli after deli — or burger after burger — is still going strong. Nicely busy at lunch today. The staff is always smiling and firendly and the turkey/avocado/BLT with a pickle is a fine lunch-wich. Even better for you without the mayo. Get a Panera card and collect frequent eater awards…
