Salesperson very nice when I bought the mattress, mattress very comfy! Delivery another story! Was to be delivered on a Monday, never showed never called! Finally mattresses were delivered the next day! Delivery men broke door jam getting box spring into my bedroom, never set up the bed or took out the plastic wrap just dropped bed in room. Went to set up box spring all broken! Drove over to Sleepy’s salesmen (same one that sold me the mattresses) told me that they will pick up the box spring but can’t give another one! The box spring was on sale from their warehouse and they wouldn’t be able to get another! Waited for manager who came in next day, got me a new box spring and $ 100 credit! Still waiting for my door jam to be repaired! Not happy!

Salesman was knowledgable, thorough and not pushy.
Terrific selection among all the name brands and memory foam manufacturers too.
Best choice is to get your mattresses, pillows and boxsprings here and shop for bed frames and bedding elsewhere.
