I’ve been in this store a number of times and it goes from bad to worse to Go F yourself Verizon! I bought a Blackberry Z10 the first week they came out about 3 years ago. When I went into the store I said will this do everything my Blackberry Cruve 8330 will do plus give me a «smart phone» experience. Yes Sir of course it will… NO! They outright lied. The biggest thing I needed was it to sync contacts and calendar events to outlook on my desktop. It took 2+ years for Blackberry to get that right. Now to be fair, it was not Verizon’s fault they do not design the operating system, they do sell the phone and should be knowledgeable about its capabilities. They will say anything to sell you a phone. So last Saturday I went in and bought a Motorola Turbo 2 Android. Again, will this do what I need it to? «Yes Sir, of course it will.» I spent $ 670.02 on a phone… I know I must have my head examined. The phone is actually fine if I could figure out how it works. There are essentially no tutorials online by Verizon, I called the store and they have a 1 hour class which tells you how to set up blue tooth, add contacts and take photos… REALLY! I can do that, there are other infinitely more complicated functions I need to learn and that 1 hour class is useless. I have to say that Sean the fellow who helped me tried to do the best that he could, he was pleasant and wanted to help, so they get 2 stars thanks to Sean, otherwise it would be one star more than they deserved. In the immortal words of Bill F. VERIZONSUCKS ! ! !

After 2+ years, it was time to upgrade 2 iPhones. Arrived on a Sunday morning and was greeted and served immediately Tip I: Buying process can’t be rushed. Too much $$$s and too many choices and then data transfer process to get through. In my view, too complex a transaction to do online. I think I can buy a new car in less time. Tip II: Have the FiOS representative present onsite review your account while you are there. We saved some $$$s each month in return for renewing our FiOS agreement, if you have one. Three iPhone pricing options were presented without much sales spin, and special promotions(always something going on) were offered. We chose the equipment financing-thru-Verizon as the best option among three offered. There were also iPad promotions worth $ 250. Passed on that one. Michael, our sales associate, listened well and made the whole process work well including data transfer using iPhone Cloud back-up, $ 121 trade-in per phone, wiping old phone of data, and installing the screen protectors right there. We were never rushed. Kudos for making the whole process work well. One glitch, not Verizon fault, we had to re-create/re-install 3 separate Google Mail accounts to make them work. Otherwise would not accept the existing passwords… some considerable angst until this was resolved. Not documented anywhere we could find. Overall, a better buying experience than we were expecting. Helpful to arrive early before crowds pour in. Reflecting: I now spend more with Verizon Wireless each month than I spent on rent when I was first married. Who’d have thunk!

The service at this store is absolutely awful! I asked the sales representative to explain the differences between their Edge program and the 2-year contract. She raised her eyebrows and asked me ‘didn’t they explain this to you when you got Edge? ’ And then I told her I wanted to get either iPhone6 or 6 plus. Without asking me, she ordered an iPhone 6. Luckily, I found out in the car and went back to the store. She not only did not apologize, but instead said ‘oh I thought you wanted either a 6 or a 6plus’. Excuse me?! But since when do you get to decide for me what phone I’m getting?! How rude!

Every time I go in here I know it’s going to be a problem. No need to go into specifics, but suffice it to say that they are uninterested, unhelpful, uninformed, and when you call them out on their lack of common sense they really lose it. You are better off using their customer service line and website. Most times the store directs you there anyway. Terrible experience.

If I could do a zero star I would. I had to go here for a accessories return and showed up right before closing. To my astonishment the doors were already closed. Several customers still in the store and five associates. Two associates went to the door to let customers out and didn’t even acknowledge me. Even after I said«So you’re not going to let me in?!». I had to come back the next day again out of my way and finally do the return. I asked to speak to the location manager who than blew me off and thanked me for my info. He even admitted the lock down early so that they don’t stay past closing(which is amazing 8pm when everything else is 9). Poor service, poor customer consideration.

I really need to find an alternative to this store. They«sold me» a $ 30 screen protector for my new iPhone. Yes, I know, caveat emptor, I should have done some more research. Anyway, a couple of weeks later, the protector peels away from the phone. I go back to this location and they tell me they cannot do anything and I should get a replacement from the manufacturer. So I file for a replacement and finally it arrives in the mail. I go back to Verizon with the new protector and my phone and they tell me the new protector is different from the old and they don’t know how to install the new, so go do it myself. What? My last time in this store!

I’m not sure if the gentlemen was in the same Verizon store that I was! Every time we go to this one we are not happy with the people that work there. Yes, they try to help and smile at first, but then they seem to change into the most unfriendly sales people around… especially the store manager! Think he took a special course to be impolite! After a total run around telling us about a new program, which you can upgrade your phone, he tells us he has no important information about it because it won’t be available for a few weeks! Get your customers happy and let them down. After a while they tell you can’t help you and let you walk out the door! Same day decided to go to Best Buy and met a lady with the same complaints I had!!! She even walked out! Not the nicest place I town! Oh, purchased a great phone with a great trade in value!

We use this store for our Verizon plan needs, as it is convenient, service is consistently prompt and friendly and the store offers pretty much anything one might need for phone or tablet support. They have fixed our phones and provided three upgrades, all of which went smooth as silk. The sales staff is knowledgable and while there is a bit of a push for accessories and extras(these generate big profits) it’s not pushy.
