Good food for the price. Staff needs to be a little friendlier. Restored outside makes it more appealing. Great place to catch a quick slice. Diverse menu. Overall gets a thumbs up.

My family went there for lunch. no one greeted us as we entered we sat ourselves then had to go to the counter to order a «waitress» stopped by our table several times to ask if the food she was carrying was ours. when our pizza final came they didn’t cut it or give us any plates or utensils to even serve the pizza. after we got a piece out there was a ton of grease on it and under it. I told the owner there was a problem and I wanted my money back for the pizza. he was visible intoxicated and told me nothing was wrong. after he argued with my husband and i he finally gave us $ 10 back which didn’t cover the pizza and he told us to leave and wasn’t going to refund the rest of the money for the pizza. after leaving we then found another pizza shop called Antonio’s in morgantown which had great costumer service and was cheaper and had better food. I would not recommend Paolo’s to anyone.
