24 Hour Tan

Very disappointed with this place, its a great concept but very poor follow through. I signed up solely to tan off hours. I was informed that i had to wait for the owner to be in to be set up to access outside standard hours, and he would contact me when to come back. Week went by no call.
Stopped back in and told again that only he can set me up to access, but i can call the toll free # and he would answer ANYTIME and walk me through the access steps. Completely untrue! I’ve called about 5 times during after hours and not one call was answered.
Stopped in again asking to be set up, told the owner isn’t in and that the other workers can’t set me up. I explained its now been 2 ½ weeks and i still have not been able to use the tanning pkg i purchased. Was told to try again in the am to speak with the manager. Called, no answer again.
Left a msg and explained my frustration and that i wanted a refund as i have been unable to use my pkg. Its now been a month and i have yet to receive a call in regards to this issue.
I basically paid a full month to tan and only used it once during normal hours! I wanted to have the flexibility to tan during off hours as their whole concept promises.
Do not waste your time here. They don’t care about their customers. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
