The best selection in the area. The sales staff was friendly and courteous. We shopped at several different stores and Carpet Time had the best deal by far. The installers did a wonderful job. We installed new carpet, ceramic tile, and a new wood floor. We highly recommend this company.

Worst customer service ever. They told us they would place the order, and it «would probabally be in by Friday.» Guess what is is over a week now, we called and NOBODY even apologized for a misunderstanding. Instead, they were arrogant saying nobody would have told us that date. While we were ordering the flooring, the guy kept answering phone calls, and never even said «excuse me» to answer the phone. People at Home Depot are more courteous. Never would I spend another DIME on this place. This is why big box stores put the little guy out of business!
