I had this company come out and rebuild a walkway and fire pit for me. They said it would only take a week it took them a month. They never communicated with me and I had to leave on vacation. When I got back they had to tear down the fire pit they built and rebuild a new one. They cut my hose and clamped it back together without saying a word to me they didn’t do a proper job mowing my lawn while I was gone. They lack communication with homeowners. Would not recommend them for any job.

I have used CNC for Lawn Aeration twice. Great job on the lawn aeration, but getting in touch with them can be a challenge. Probably the nature of the landscaping business. Other companies were about the same or didnot even call back. I finally nailed down an email I can use that was helpful. The review should have 3 and half stars based on the communication issues, but as I am not allowed to use half’s, I went with 4 stars. Overall, they cost $ 10 more than it would cost to rent the aeration machine for a few hours, but were done in 20 minutes and I did not have to do any work.

I wish I could give them no stars. A few weeks after we asked for an estimate for spring cleanup, we were told they «didn’t have time.» This from Travis (who, may I say is lacking in the people skills department as he was extremely rude). I just want to know who refuses to give an estimate and turns away money for a 2-acre lot??? That’s quite alright. We will be using their competition. Oh — and if you see that their company has 5 star reviews, please know that Chad, the owner, rates them that way himself
