Service and organization is a nightmare!!! Food was cold, service was terrible. I had to ask for water because it was not brought to the table. I had to ask for napkins and someone to wipe off table because it was disgusting when we sat down. If you want to go to the bar-go to the other side. If you want to go to a steak house-this isn’t it! It’s inexpensive so I guess that is the appeal. But nothing special

I would never go here again… the prices are high and the bouncer is a jerk… I seen two guys, get into an argument and he bounced, the, guy that didn’t do anything wrong… he was afraid to bounce the other guy…

After more than one try Jenny’s with a new management team is trying to move up. The chef is quite good and the staff friendly. The food also has improved, not as good as it could be but vastly improved from a year ago. Every thing I tasted has shown great improvement. As a steak house it will never be Gibson’s, but it can be a contender. The drink were very good. I had Ox tails and they were fresh and quite good, my wife had the coconut shrimp. The feeling in the room was warm and friendly. The food is better than most pub grub. I will go back.

The food here is always fresh. Ribeye is fresh and cooked nicely. Tuesday night they feature oxtail which is really a treat. The perch is also good.

Love this place. I’ve had everything from steaks, to shrimp to pizza and it is all good. They served these flash fried veggies with their steaks that are delicious. Their pizza is really good… one of my favorites.

Not impressed with the organization of this place. We planned a bridal shower months ahead. The room was not set up right upon arrival(good thing we showed up very early), our waitress was barely around and when she was she appeared annoyed, and it was impossible to get help. They forgot small requests and we had to ask for things 2 – 3 times. It was okay but nothing special. Not worth the cost.

Save your money. The management has no clue. Years ago they had been good now it is hit and miss. More times then not they will rent the entire restaurant out to a party and sit you in the bar. The odd part is they have a perfectly good banquet room sitting empty. Who ever is manageging this place has no clue. We tried them 4 diffenent times and only had one good experience. Unless of course you enjoy eating in a bar and being ignored while they attend to a party

We went for dinner at 6:30 on a Saturday night, and there were maybe six tables occupied. My husband had a king prime rib which he said was pretty good, fatty as prime rib often can be, but overall pretty good, with a baked potato. He also had two rum & cokes(quite small, $ 5 each). I ordered an 8 oz. filet medium rare. It was overcooked to medium or medium well, but was good nonetheless, not fatty(Longhorn does it better), the side of vegetables were seasoned and good. I had ice tea to drink. No water was served at any time, although the busboy brought tomato bruchetta and warm bread when we arrived. We split cheesecake for dessert, which was good. The atmosphere was casual, with Frank Sinatra playing in the background. My husband noted that the busboy, who was the hardest working person in the place, was also the best dressed with black dress pants and a dress shirt. The women were very casually dressed; one looked like she came directly from LA fitness, others had jeans, one black one blue, and stretch pants on. The manager had blue jeans and a shirt on, and he was picking up cigarette buds in the parking lot when we left. For the price, we felt the staff should take a cue from the busboy and dress less casually. The total bill was $ 70 before tip. It was pretty good food, but there are a lot of other places we would rather spend $ 70+ for dinner.

What’s the best reason to come to Jenny’s? None. There is not one good reason to come here, ever! There are many bad reasons to if you would like to waste your hard earned money on crappy food and poor customer service. Jenny’s did create their own spin on a buffalo chicken sandwich: two pieces of French bread, toasted with garlic butter, a piece of overcooked chicken breast and a slathering of thousand island dressing mixed with capers. When you see the orangish pink glob of saturated grossness sprinkled with capers and question it, the manager Jimmy will unapologetically snatch it from you to correct it. By correct it, Jimmy thinks you’re stupid enough to not notice that wiping off the dressing and returning the same piece of chicken, still with no buffalo sauce and now with cold fries is an appropriate form of correcting their mistake. While I get the cost of running a restaurant is expensive, how much could it really cost to correct a chicken sandwich by using a fresh piece of chicken? While Jimmy is a name that is still fresher than the chicken in your head, let’s talk about his poor attitude to not only patrons but to his employees. I’ve witnessed multiple servers be talked to and belittled in front of customers and then you can see the look of defeat in their eyes as they try to serve you your screwed up order behind forced smiles. On Wednesdays they offer half priced pizza. You can get half priced pizza if you’re not there to participate in Twisted Trivia… so come eat here and do trivia(which is the only good entertainment Jenny’s ever offers) but you can’t take advantage of our specials because we want all of your money. They say death comes in threes and I can foresee the future of Jenny’s operation proving that theory right; this is the third attempt at a bar/restaurant in this location and I think by the same owners who keep thinking rebranding it a new name will work to make it a success. Much like the fact you can’t put lipstick on a pig, you can’t put customer service to the side to succeed(or put capers on a buffalo chicken sandwich). I’d like to give this place negative stars and it stinks that I had to even put one to do this review.

We had problems… Short Version: Messed up food order with large group. Long Version: We booked our rehearsal dinner here 12⁄30 for 41 people and picked the 5 appetizer and pizza package which was about $ 15/person before tax and tip. They were supposed to replenish any of the items that were running low for the full three hours we were there. BUTTHEYDIDN’T. I was the last one up to the buffet line and a few items were gone and others picked over. I asked the server that was helping us and she said that we only ordered one tray of each appetizer and one of each pizza. I knew this wasn’t correct since I confirmed the menu a few days prior so she got the owner/manager and he checked our reservation to find I was correct. At this point they just started to make a second round of the food items, but was too late(everyone got up to socialize and drink). The food was actually pretty good(what I did get to try) and the service was okay. We were also supposed to have the big room to ourselves(manager said he would seat other patrons in the bar or other areas), but we ended up sharing with a few tables of people. It was just a little awkward when doing gifts and thank you speeches, but not too bad since they joined in with congratulations. Probably not a bad place if your just drinking/ordering an entrée/apps. But from my experience with a large group/banquet I would not come back.

Came here for paint nite. Was early so I sat at the bar for a couple. Friendly bartender with a slow wrist. After the second I started to see cross eyed, so I checked out and headed for the back. Terri was running the show. I have gone to 3 of these and she is by far the best instructor. relaxed and doesn’t mind you going off and doing your own thing. I will be back when her name is attached to this event.

I’m from California here on business and the hotel recommended Jenny’s. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised. I Just had dinner and drinks. The chicken piccata and pizza were great. They have a bar next store with live music, not exactly my type, but pretty good. The wine selection could have been better but I am from California and s bit of a wine snob. The bartender Jim was very welcoming and gave great service. I would definitely recommend!

I have heard nothing good about this place. One of my friends suggested going here to watch the first half of the ND game on Saturday night. I liked the place and I thought it has potential. As you walk in the front door Jenny’s Steakhouse is too the left and they have a bar on the right side. Jenny’s was packed. We went into the bar area and sat at a table in the back. I brought my 9 year old twins to hang out. I tried buffalo shrimp and the grilled chicken wrap and I thought both were pretty good. Kids had the burgers app and fries. They both liked them. I had a dirty martini and a couple Revolution beers. Martini was good. Our server was ok. I think she might have been new. We left at 9 and the place was filling up.

Surprisingly good food, have tried a variety of sandwiches, burgers, and pizza, with none that disappointed. Décor leaves much to be desired, however.

Service is in need of improvement. She only had 3 tables & was hard to find. food was very good. Butt steak was cooked perfectly MR. Hubby had a grilled chicken Caesar salad. Upon leaving, hostess was spotted leaning over the counter, readibg a paperback. How unprofessional.

If I could give 2.5 I probably would have. We went here for Mother’s Day dinner, and it was OK. After a small issue with our reservation being recorded improperly, we were seated. The bread and tapenade was brought out timely, but the waitress was slow to get orders from the table, and it eventually slowed the dinner altogether. We had seven diners, we arrived at 5:00(two guests showed up about 15 minutes later) and we didn’t get out of the place until 8:15. It was fine because we weren’t pressed for time, but in a real restaurant, you need to turn over tables faster than that… I guess that wasn’t a huge problem, because there wasn’t a big wait to get our table when we were done. The food was pretty good for what I was expecting for a restaurant attached to a bar. Nothing about it was particularly off-putting, but nothing that memorable either. The steaks all looked like they were cooked appropriately, and the potatoes were alright, but there was nothing that made me want to come back. The salads were boring, and the soup was really boring — like they tried to make the most flavorless chicken/rice soup in existence. Even if you have it frozen, you could put in some sort of spice to it after it thaws out in your kitchen? Standard strip mall fare that didn’t really disappoint as much as it didn’t seem like it was really trying.

Hmmm… I don’t know… I want to be nice and give a 3 star, but also want to point out that I could just as easily given this a 2 star. It’s the food… It’s really just ok to meh… Diet cola was off for the taste as well. My turkey which I got was decent. They gave a lot of it, but the stuffing was just a solid grey mush. Service was fine though and the waitresses seemed friendly. They just weren’t better than okay though. I won’t be back, but I’ll give the 3 star to round things up.

Came here to use a groupon. Came here on a Sunday night. Place is quiet. They have a dining room and bar section. The booth was a little dirty on the seats. The diet coke tasted a little funny. Not sure if it was an off brand product. If it was, it would have been nice for the waitress to inform us. I ordered the strip steak and the boyfriend ordered the Sunday special, which was roasted turkey with stuffing and mashed potatoes. I think the stuffing was too mushy, but the turkey was good. Mac n cheese was nothing special. I was hoping for baked mac n cheese, but it was not what I envisioned. The steak was ok. Nothing special. The portions are huge and the food came out pretty fast. They give you bread with your dinner, just your typical bread. It did come with some type of dip made of tomatoes, onions, and olives(didn’t really care for it though). Food– I’ve had better. For the price that you pay for the food, I’d probably look at other options in the area. It was nothing out of this world, just OK. Service– OK. I would give this place a 2.5 stars, but bumped it up to a 3.
