This is one of the best Subways in the area. The staff is extremely friendly, more importantly they are very sanitar. After visiting the subway in tinley park right by target I refuse to go their. We have tried several other subways in the area and have come back here because of the cleanliness. I would recommend this subway over any others in the local area.

After my bad breakfast experience here I wanted to give this place another shot so I gave them a try for lunch. I don’t have problems with any other Subway locations except for this location. I feel like there is a breakdown in the natural communication process — almost like I’m ordering in a foreign language. I received a friendly greeting but that’s where the good experience ended. I ordered the«Sub of the Month», this month being the«pizza sub» I ordered sub without the marinara sauce as I didn’t need another glob of HFCS(high fructose corn syrup) slopped onto HFCS laden bread. The girl said rudely«So what, you just want the pepperoni and cheese?» Seriously? I thought Subway’s whole philosophy was«made to order»? After that, I felt like I was being scowled at the entire time my sandwich was being made. To top it all off, the employees spent the entire time talking negatively about other employees(not currently working) and I had to repeat each ingredient I wanted at least twice as a result. Oh, and«extra pickles» doesn’t mean«space each pickle at least ¾» apart. All in all the sandwich did end up being good but the hassle I had to go through to get it wasn’t worth it. I’ll go somewhere else next time. Original review — — — — — — — — — — Something is seriously wrong with the people that work here. I went in for breakfast and wanted a breakfast sandwich without the bread. Simple enough, to just put the stuff in a salad container, right? NO! The lady asked if I wanted a salad instead. I asked what that meant. She said a salad had lettuce. I didn’t want lettuce. She said she couldn’t make a sandwich without bread because that would throw off the«bread count» I asked if they could put the bread on the side. She said she could, but then when I told her what kind of sandwich she decided she couldn’t do it. Seriously, how hard is it to put the stuff from a sandwich in a salad bowl? Really? So, these are the rules: No salads without lettuce and no sandwiches without bread. Most of all, no using your brain at any point during the ordering process!
