Snowline Tree Farm

Excellent trees, friendly help. They have Nobles, Douglas Fir & Grand Fir. We drove up not sure what to expect. We were greeted by the father of the owner who, along with his wife, help their daughter each holiday season with the tree farm. A family affair, nice. We climbed into a covered hay wagon and were taken out to look for our special tree. We were given 10′ poles marked with colored tape so we could find the right size tree & have a marker to use when we found a tree we liked. We were encouraged to take our time and find the right tree for us. We chose a beautiful 9′ Noble Fir which our host promptly cut for us, loaded it on the wagon & took us all back to our truck. They shook the tree to knock the loose needles off, wrapped it with twine, gave us cocoa & cookies. The tree was $ 40 and well worth it. We’ll definitely head back to Molalla to Snowline Tree Farm next year.

This is a great place to get a Christmas tree — especially if you have kids. My children love riding behind the tractor out to the field to pick our tree, and then watching the tree go through its various machines to get it readily to easily transport home. There is a covered outdoor patio with a fireplace, kids crafts, hot chocolate, fresh cookies. My kids especially like all of the farm animals to pet. The staff are all so friendly and helpful, we sometimes come up to visit during other seasons of the year and are always welcomed.
