Is this place even open? ! I purchased a deal for $ 30 in merchandise for $ 15. I had at least six months to use it, no problem. right? Wrong! I stopped by their location 3 times and nobody was there. I tried calling numerous times to set up an appointment(as their businesses card recommends) with no answer. I guess I’ll be eating that $ 15 since it’s now expired. What a joke.

First off I want to say I have never had a «local» business steal from me nor feed customers with such bull. Starting with my first encounter with Brand me geek, I was looking for someone to screen print shirts for my bowling team. These guys offered the lowest pricing, seemed knowledgable and told me they could complete the product in two weeks. I already had a design drawn up(rough sketch) sent the design to them for final touches. 5 weeks later I get after numerous times of not getting a single returned phone call, they email me my «design» it was not quite how I wanted it so I gave some advice as to what could be tweaked and I never heard back from them. Shirts never got made, bowling season ended and that was that. That was the first encounter… THEN I felt like it was just a random bad first look with this company, so I proceeded to give them another try when KWQC get it now deals came over my email and there was a buy $ 10 get $ 20 in value at BMG, I purchased $ 30 worth so $ 60 in value. Went down to Kohls and purchased a few golfing polo type shirts and headed to their shop. Asked them if they could embroider my future business logo(just wording) onto the shirt, gave them the $ 60 in certificates and told them if that wasn’t enough to let me know. They gave me again a «few weeks» deadline. Month after month and continuous calling and no shirts or refund. Every time I called it went to voicemail, my fiancé would call and they would answer giving her bogus excuses that they had pneumonia or their embroidery machine was broke or they were waiting on a part to do the job. I still have yet to receive my shirts. I have emailed and left messages that still have not been returned, telling them to keep the certificate value and to just simply give me back the polo’s that I paid for. I since have moved out of the state, but will do my best to let anyone and everyone know that this business is not a «local» place to support. They lie and steal. If I were to get my polo’s back I would gladly edit my post and no longer accuse them of stealing.
