They really did get my new glasses in an hour or so, I did not have any problems with insurance either. They might not have the best selection in house of frames, but given the cost and speed, it is a fair trade off.

I was in an emergency situation having lost my only pair of glasses over the weekend. I came here because I knew I could get a new pair in an hour. I found out that LensCrafters didn’t accept my insurance and went forth with the examination anyway. Dr. New was a very friendly guy and took care of the exam quickly. He then told me that, because of my unique prescription, they wouldn’t be able to make my glasses same-​day. He gave me a pair of contacts with solution for no charge because he knew how dire of a situation I was in. The customer service at this place is incredible.
