BEWARE!!! Don’t waste your time to check this property out!
This property is old, run down and is need of major renovation! The pictures on website/​craigslist/​internet do not reflect the true condition of this property.
We paid a $ 35 application fee (site on seen) only to be very disappointed with the condition of the property on our viewing. Then they refer you to another property, Château Knoll which is managed by the same management company, but for much higher rent. We did rent at Château Knoll, however another $ 35 application fee. Pine Ridge refused to return our application fee for their property app. fee.
Again, BEWARE!!!
