Vent Pro

These guys were great! They provided plenty of communication before hand to let me know when they would arrive and even that they would be delayed. They were upfront on the price estimate, they walked through everything with me ahead of the service. They provided the MSDS’s to any of the chemicals they would use, which was great to see. They were honest and hard working. When they moved one of our pieces of furniture a wheel fell off, it was already broken, and I wasn’t around when it happened. The tech felt so bad, he included a free AC Coil cleaning and when I told him it was already broken and not to worry he still kept the AC coil cleaning free! That is good customer service. Totally professional and they did a great job. It has only been a day since the air duct cleaning so I haven’t noticed any benefits of the service just yet, but the customer service over all was just fantastic.

Once in a while you come across a company with an owner that cares. Vent-​Pro is one of these. We hired vent-​pro for cleaning out our homes vents and returns after a previous owner. Extremely clean, thorough, and personable. They use an industrial grade vacuum with four HEPA filters in a sealed system to clean. He wore booties to protect our floors. Every bolt and every screw was put back where it was taken apart and I noticed immediately a difference in our air-​quality. Josh came to our home and I was impressed by his knowledge of HVAC (14 yrs experience) and how conscientious and personable he was. He took extreme care in making sure that he didn’t marr woodwork or damage anything in the process. I am grateful for that. So happy I used this company and highly recommend. I will definitely be using them in the future!

Very legit business. The owner is a hard-​working and very conscientious young man who went out of his way to make sure everything regarding our vents and duct work were done perfectly. The price was very reasonable and will definitely call them again.
