So this is a very nice location and very friendly staff. The room was big and lovely. I had a King size bed with a Jacuzzi in the living room(with its own TV), I’m guessing it was the executive king suite. The room was neat and the heat was on as if it were prepared for my arrival.(it was very cold outside so this was a major plus). In all this was a very pleasant experience. There were a few reasons why this hotel almost did not get a 5 star rating. The cleaning ladies came in and did a decent job straightening up the room, however they did not sweep the bathroom floor or wipe down the bathroom sink. There was dust and water spots on both the floor and the sink. It wasn’t extremely bad as it was something that a quick wipe and sweep fixed while I had a second. So that’s minus half a star. Secondly, because my credit card was charged for a two day stay instead of the one day I actually stayed. That’s minus half a star. Jon at the front desk earned the star back when he IMMEDIATELY addressed my concern and understood that great customer service is 10x’s better than making excuses and attempting to make a quick buck. I most certainly will stay at this hotel again and I will recommend it.

This is one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. We were in town for a family gathering and picked this hotel based on pictures. However, we had an inexperienced person check us into a room that was occupied. Worse was that our young children were the first ones to enter the room. When we complained the front desk person replied that he was new so we shouldn’t really be to mad. In addition they triple charged my CC. I complained to their management and all I got was an apology and excuse that he was new. Being new does not excuse the attitude we received. If you wanted to be frustrated by a hotel experience, book it here.
