I have been a customer for the last three years. Recently, I have been extremely disappointed. One day, I tried to call in to see what was left of my package. I was not going to stop in if I did not have any sessions left. After many attempts of calling, I decided to stop in, they must be busy and can not get to the phone. When I walked in the two ladies working were sitting in the chairs with head phones in, watching their iPads and iPhones. I was disappointed because they were not busy, just ignoring the phone? –A couple weeks later I called to get the hours and the phone kept going to voicemail. The hours on the phone said they were open until 6. So I drove the 20 minutes to go tan. I got there around 5:40 and the two girls at the front desk said«I’m sorry we close at 6» What did they mean«sorry» I had plenty of time? They told me that there is no time for me to tan. The bed I tan in is 12 minutes??? So, the hours do not represent when you can tan until, but actually when the staff gets to walk out of the door??? A couple days later I drove out to tan, and there was a sign on the door saying«electrical problems, sorry we are closed. Customers will be compensated» Understandable but for the last two days I have tried to reach a manager or owner and the girls always say«they are not here». I am very disappointed. This salon was never like this in the beginning of my experience. :(

I received an embarrassing and horrid spray tan here. The girl did not give me a shower cap for my hair, and did not use barrier cream! My nails(I have acrylics) have brown speckles on them! This tan was supposed to be for my bridal shower so I could look nice with my dress I look ombré on my arms and there is patchwork on my legs!!! It’s disgusting. I have spray tanned multiples times both in a booth and by a person I prefer having a person because it tends to avoid this. Well not the case here at all! When I called the girls said they would talk to the owner and call me back. I waited around all day and received no phone call so I called back today and the girl said the owner would credit me $ 15(one spray is 35 or it’s 2 for 50) he did not offer to fix it and won’t give met money back. So now I’m out my money AND have to pay to get it fixed I cannot go out in public looking like this!!! Terrible customer service!!!

I’ve been going to Envious Tans for years, both at their new and old locations. The beds are always clean and the bulbs are always fresh. The price is reasonable. I love the Hydration Station as well. The girls working there are friendly and they have great hours. I just wish they’d update their web page. Overall, I recommend ET to anyone looking for a tanning salon.

As with any other tanning salon, it’s pricy, but since they relocated the salon is very nice, the customer-service is always friendly which is hard to find at a tanning salon. After my current package expires at another salon, I think I will be returning to this one!
