So I decided to try a new nail salon. I’ve never «reviewed» a location, but just felt the need. If I could’ve they wouldn’t have gotten one star from me. When I walked in I knew I should have turned around. Both ladies looked to be in horrible moods. I have been waiting all month to get a break and having relax time (new mom). She was rude, rushed through it burnt me twice. Cut my finger while trimming them, finished took her money and went straight to her cell phone. My nails are horrible going to get them re-done tomorrow. I usually stick too TnT by Best Buy. For some reason I went here. TnT will clean up there mess. So disappointed thumbs down, worst nail salon I’ve been too. Wasted $ 35

This salon is usually empty when I go and it doesn’t make sense. It’s a way better mani/pedi than thier larger competitor elsewhere in the mall. The pedicure room is separate from the main room and it’s all rather quiet and relaxing. The nail techs are nice and talk to you and want to make you feel comfortable. Some other places are just like a factory. Seriously. .skip the other place in beaver valley Mall and head here. Plus… they have the best dryers (air and uv light) that not all places have.
